He has the greatest voice when he sings rather than screams.
He actually sang the hell out of Darling Nikki for the Prince tribute, it was rather shocking.
Check out the second disc of In Your Honor , it's got a bunch of slower unplugged stuff. Dave has a good voice.

Could Dave Grohl be *any* more talented as a musician? Obviously an incredible drummer, but also guitarist, lyricist and vocalist. He is just the best. The greatest part is he always seems to be having just as much fun as the crowd when he performs.

It is probably the best way of doing a duo on this song. Dave, with his voice, showing the madness of loving, the fantasy of love. And Nora shows sweetness. They complete each other

I am a foo fanatic and my husband tolerates them. One time in the car, I said hey listen to this and I played this in the car. We drove down the road, listening to this song and then suddenly he reached for my hand and we held hands as we listen to this love song by one of my favorite singers. I hope if I get alzheimers, God will let me keep this memory forever.
This song and the emotion behind it is just so genuine. Truly one of the greatest love songs ever written. The fact that this is the same person that wrote Here, There, and Everywhere is just amazing (no pun intended) to me.
