China wants to plan ahead with logistics. If Biden wins, Xi will have to buy slip-and-fall insurance when Biden visits China. If Trump wins, Xi will have to bring a good cook to the US when he visits, so he will have some decent food while meeting with Trump in a penitentiary.
It’s proven Russia intentionally tried to sway the 2016 election, China is far more capable and far more calculated, to think they wouldn’t be meddling in the elections is to discredit them. The ball is in the USA’s court and we need to stop foreign nations from interfering in our democracy. They already succeeded at least once

Even if the US wanted to interfere in China and Russia, it is virtually impossible to do because 99% of all the channels are locked or non-existent (I'm talking about e.g. social media, demonstration rights or paid trojans like Tucker Carlson types). As a side note, there are no "elections" in Russia or China, so even if the US could interfere, it would matter very little.
