I listened to all of these "home alone on a rainy night" horror stories. They were all great. I'm glad the residents in these stories were safe. Some people do not have good intentions. One of the victims who locked their door and windows in these stories was smart.

C'mon Leo A... maybe it was my neighbor wondering if my power was out too? What kind of skewed, dumbass logic is that? He said it's dark out/evening, there's clearly no lights on since no power, and at least where I'm from you & your neighbors are on the same "node" or whatever it's called. It's pretty fucking obvious all things considered. And of course he ends the story with the stupid cliche nobody knows what their intent was. On the other hand, I have to give props to the Anonymous story 3 person for NOT announcing they're calling the police. That always irks me when people do that and then they complain that the perp got away. Obviously there's a trade off between catching the person & scaring the person away so you get out of danger quicker, but which one did you really want? You can't have both.

For example we were more out playing in the forest or field.
