Great technique by both men. I'm a short guy myself so this is inspiring. Viking seemed to have had success with the kicks because of the reach. A jab would be difficult since he would be reaching down.

The ref was such an amateur, even I noticed it just look at where and how close he is standing next to the fighters, total unneccesary to get that close just to get a "better view"

The fact that you can see how confident he is shows how completely incompetent he actually is. I'm not sure of he's even aware he's in a cage until he backs up into it. Cage fighting referees have to be familiar with the cage, fast on their feet an have full awareness of their surroundings at all times any person in this situation is a danger to not only their self but the fighters as well. The ref could be hit or one of the fighters could make illegal contact that could otherwise disqualify the fighter especially since in these types of sports the rules are implemented for being explicitly dangerous or life threatening.

Truthfully, it's the little bastards you have to watch out for. 5'5 to 5'8 for example is considered a great height for special force soldiers. They can be like wolverines and it's awkward for the taller opponent to punch downwards, better using kicks and grappling against a shorter opponent.

Respect for one another often comes after a fight. Usually when one opponent is humbled by unconsciousness & the other realizes how easily it could have been him on the ground. To see both of them show respect before & during the fight really shows character. Black shorts could really go far if he keeps training! Wish them both luck though.

After Baby Hulk hears somebody in the crowd shout "he's done!" He looks at the ref and repeats it, "He's Done!", while still throwing light punches to maintain position in case the ref didn't stop it. Then immediately checks on his opponent. Massive respect.
The ref is kind of waiting for someone to tell him what to do, desperatly in need for someone making the decicions for him. It's like he was a ref in training..

I disagree i felt his punches were telegraphed and slow and if the other fighter would have circled and kept his distance and poked at him a few times before trying to stand and bang, then he would have come out with a win.
