KOLOBOKDIGIDON well i had to balance it out, imagine soviet vs soviet.One has Kirovs and the other sukhoi Interceptors(high range and high damage but low ammo and hp)but a counter to kirovs not to mention you also got a lot of anti air from corona(when you play corona) and Im sure they will put some stuff like that to the allies and Empire

Most units in this game that were incapable of countering certain threats (bombers vs. fighters, capital ships vs. air units) now have some means to defend themselves, albeit a weak method. Large ships will have point-defense systems in the event dedicated anti-air units aren't available.

Damn, those new planes are beautiful! As a Sukhoi fan, I'm SO happy to see them as interceptors. Though, I think they should be a tad faster. Suggestion: I think the twinblade helicopters should be larger to have it make more sense visually that they can lift giant tanks. It would make sense too considering they are originally based on the Mil Mi-24 which is a pretty big helicopter. I also think that maybe the airfield should be bigger to compensate for the larger planes in general.

Okay so from what i gathered: • MIGs now fire faster but with smaller and reworked AoE where targets near the center of the AoE takes full damage but targets near the outside of the AoE takes reduced damage • Sukhoi missiles are deadly against heacy bomber type aircraft but weak against smaller aircraft and i think they have reduced attack range against small aircraft as well • Twinblades fire more rockets i think ams the rockets spread now • Kirov now has slow firing self defense flak cannons and it seems the bomb drop rate is slightly slower • Ilyushin's attack pattern is weird to me. It looks like a strafing run but at some point you can see the rockets continously hitting a fixed spot instead of creeping forward. Overall very excited for these changes and additions and i can't wait for the official release. Good luck Corona devs!

man.. i can't wait... quick question, does this mod still uses the same fps cap as the original game? because the original game caps at 30 fps and that's very bad for G-sync. the camera scroll is very choppy at 30 fps.

The design of the USSR in RA3 (in addition to the Soviet circus🤡) was inspired by the retrofuturism of space exploration in the 60s, it should be convex shapes, it is electrification, it is a Lunohod and Sputnik, these are cosmonaut bears. SU-27\30 corresponds to the late USSR or modern Russia. But it's still a great job.👍👍

That Sukhoi model is great, but I think it doesn't blend quite well with RA3 designs because of its realistic shapes, especially with that scale. And if it's the interceptor, what's the old MiG's role?

The old mig tanks the air squadron. Even if sukhoi is so op with their missiles, a bunch of eurofighters(?) could finish them off once they ran out of ammo or fly too close to the enemy aircraft But I bet the allied has their own interceptor class to match its sukhoi counterpart. I heard that they're trying to balance the game so nobody would say something like "allied air superiority" or "glorious japanese navy" anymore

The interceptor feels a bit redundant with the mig around, it would be better if you touched up the MIG to look slightly more cohesive and aerodynamic while revoking its abiliy to hover, then you could slightly buff its health or tone down AA from bombers to achieve a better balance. Also, please take the oportunity to change the twin blades dual mg with a single rotary canon.

The interceptor is specifically designed to kill heavy air. It's useless against pretty much everything else.

@@SuperFeatherYoshi That's what I was afraid off. It's too specialized for one single purpose. Is it better to mass MIGs or buid a few interceptors? Will MIGs be nerfed to compensate? How powerful have bombers become vs air? How about bomber vs bomber combat? Making a super unit and then another unit specifically to counter it seems like feature creep to me. In general, artificial obsolecense is bad design.

According to the gamer's website, After Mongols destroyed the Europe,the Europeans escaped to the Africa and Northern America with all haste and much earlier than Collumbus in our history, that's how the allies survived,but they are mostly American-centered now. The Soviet Union is still the inheritant of the Russian Empire which rises from the corpse of the dying Mongol Empire,just like what was like in our history,Mongols are truly bad politicians back then,they can hardly hold the lands they capture for more than one century,not to mention that empire has to deal with internal struggle in corona timeline which certainly accelerated its collapse. Tatsu's action actually somehow benefits the Soviets,because they now have the whole Europe thanks to the Mongols' thoroughly sweep of the Europeans from their land which makes it easier for the Russians to conquer these land after they successfully rise up against the Mongols. So,all in all,Tatsu not only failed to destroy his enemies,but also create a new one,and make the USSR much larger than before,way to go.

Gosh, that SU is pretty powerful, and STILL is balanced! This mod keeps surprising me, and i really cannot wait till i can play it. I also feel like soon we will see the "epic" units

man.. i can't wait... quick question, does this mod still uses the same fps cap as the original game? because the original game caps at 30 fps and that's very bad for G-sync. the camera scroll is very choppy at 30 fps.
Other Chinese modders might have a way to get 60fps, but we haven't decided if we are going to take it, because there's still some bugs and it will make the game unstable.

The design of the USSR in RA3 (in addition to the Soviet circus🤡) was inspired by the retrofuturism of space exploration in the 60s, it should be convex shapes, it is electrification, it is a Lunohod and Sputnik, these are cosmonaut bears. SU-27\30 corresponds to the late USSR or modern Russia. But it's still a great job.👍👍

Was hoping you'd change the twinblade as a heavy transport helicopter and add a hind mi 24. The sukhoi interceptor is beautiful though, a realistic looking take for anti air jet.

That Sukhoi model is great, but I think it doesn't blend quite well with RA3 designs because of its realistic shapes, especially with that scale. And if it's the interceptor, what's the old MiG's role?
It mainly target heavy aircrafts.
Like how they show, interceptor usually use to fight heavy aircraft with that high burst DMG and range, but air superior still a counter to most of the aircraft
The MiG would probably act as a frontline fighter suited for brawling with other fighters and other lightly armoured aircraft.
The old mig tanks the air squadron. Even if sukhoi is so op with their missiles, a bunch of eurofighters(?) could finish them off once they ran out of ammo or fly too close to the enemy aircraft But I bet the allied has their own interceptor class to match its sukhoi counterpart. I heard that they're trying to balance the game so nobody would say something like "allied air superiority" or "glorious japanese navy" anymore
Please add the badger bomber to the soviet side as well like in the remix mod , that thing is so cool and a direct competition to the century bomber

since Allies got the most aircraft in vanilla, they only giving a new interceptor for them, give Century AA gun, and put harbringer at T4 tech tree

The interceptor feels a bit redundant with the mig around, it would be better if you touched up the MIG to look slightly more cohesive and aerodynamic while revoking its abiliy to hover, then you could slightly buff its health or tone down AA from bombers to achieve a better balance. Also, please take the oportunity to change the twin blades dual mg with a single rotary canon.
The interceptor is specifically designed to kill heavy air. It's useless against pretty much everything else.
@@SuperFeatherYoshi That's what I was afraid off. It's too specialized for one single purpose. Is it better to mass MIGs or buid a few interceptors? Will MIGs be nerfed to compensate? How powerful have bombers become vs air? How about bomber vs bomber combat? Making a super unit and then another unit specifically to counter it seems like feature creep to me. In general, artificial obsolecense is bad design.
The mod looks like it's coming together. So how close is release? I can't wait to get my hands on this.

According to the gamer's website, After Mongols destroyed the Europe,the Europeans escaped to the Africa and Northern America with all haste and much earlier than Collumbus in our history, that's how the allies survived,but they are mostly American-centered now. The Soviet Union is still the inheritant of the Russian Empire which rises from the corpse of the dying Mongol Empire,just like what was like in our history,Mongols are truly bad politicians back then,they can hardly hold the lands they capture for more than one century,not to mention that empire has to deal with internal struggle in corona timeline which certainly accelerated its collapse. Tatsu's action actually somehow benefits the Soviets,because they now have the whole Europe thanks to the Mongols' thoroughly sweep of the Europeans from their land which makes it easier for the Russians to conquer these land after they successfully rise up against the Mongols. So,all in all,Tatsu not only failed to destroy his enemies,but also create a new one,and make the USSR much larger than before,way to go.
