Hello everyone!
In this video, I want to share a recipe for real borscht in a cauldron on fire! But with a slightly unusual cooking method!
They chased
Ingredients:
1. 2 kilograms of wild boar ribs
2. 4 liters of broth from wild boar ribs
3. 1 kilogram of carrots
4. 1 kilogram of beets
5. 3 large bulbs
6. 1 large sweet pepper
7. 3 kg of potatoes
8. half a large cabbage
Salt, bay leaf, dried herbs and garlic to taste!
