He's not right, something is off...Ryan seems to be hyping himself up to give himself confidence, that could be a sign of insecurity, doubt, fear etc, his mind seems scattered and hes already wasting a lot of energy before the fight, a fighter thats mentally and physically prepared gets more calm towards a fight because he knows hes put in the work. Ryans overly outspoken and lashes out on emotion very easily, thats a sign of an insecure fighter. I like Ryan but i don't think hes mentally ready for Haney.

Going into any fight gives fears and nervous energy sometimes. Some people don’t show it but deep down they’re nervous. I don’t think there’s anything wrong bringing your self up. What happens with his speed and power knocks out Deven ? Maybe the nervous and fear that’s been building up till the fight gave him confidence. I’ve heard plenty of professional fighters always nervous and scared before walking out. Especially the week of the fight. They’re probably anxious to get it over with. But all I know this fight is going to be entertaining. I really won’t be surprised if Ryan walks out victorious tho. Won’t be surprised not one bit.

@@mousepad9763amateur boxing is totally different to the pro's, it's like table tennis and real tennis. There has been plenty of fighters that have lost more than they have won in the amateurs but gone on to be great pro's. (Not that i think garcia will win this.)
@gutz323 bro an amateur career helps you once you are a pro it's not the same as comparing table tennis to tennis it's still the same sport where you learn the fundermentals, anyways the point you trying to prove here is null and void because both of these guys came up in the amateurs and have both turned pro
I know I was exaggerating, but my point is, amateur and pro boxing is different, you can be a good amateur (it is mainly a point based sport, more protection against physical damage and a short contest). Where pro boxers can just be great fighters, strong and tough. You have a lot less protection from damage, and far more time to physically hurt your opponent into losing. You have boxers like Olympic gold medalist and great amateur Audly Harrison, who was an embarrassment in the pro game, compared to Johnny Nelson who lost 10 of his 13 amateur bouts, but is considered one of the best cruiser weights to lace up gloves (certainly in Great Britain). Amateur boxing is more of a point based sport, with lots of standing counts, and fights can be stopped for as little as a broken nose or small cut, where pro boxing is more of a fight. There are pro fighters with less technical boxing skills that beat other fighters with more skills just because they are tougher, harder men (and woman). That is my point, and in my oppinion the massive differences between the two games. There has been lots of top amateurs who were rubbish when turned pro, and plenty of guys with terrible amateur records, some with no records (Fabio Wardley for instance) that have been world dominating.
