This is an awesome project! An advise though, resin can be pretty toxic actually, so I wouldn't touch it with bare hands when uncured and I'd wear a mask when sanding it. You can also get a uv lamp so you don't have to depend on the sun (unless that's what you want to do because I think it's pretty cool that the sun can cure resin tf). Keep the great work!!
He does this at all at his projects, so I think he knows it 😅 but hopefully nobody does this at home like this
I cringe so hard every time I see someone work with uncured resin without PPA. Read the safety sheets for materials you work with, people! Typical allergic contact dermatitis reactions may occur in individuals allergic to epoxy resin or other components of an epoxy resin system. The uncured epoxy resin, hardener and diluent are powerful irritants and potent sensitisers. Skin contact with the hardening agent may cause severe burns. They can also cause a severe allergic contact dermatitis characterised by redness, swelling and itching. Skin should be washed with soap and water if any contact occurs. In addition, hardeners and diluents are more volatile than resin and may cause allergic reactions from breathing in fumes. Cured epoxy resins are seldom a problem but it has been found that measurable amounts of uncured reagents may remain in the "cured" resin after 1 week.

Had you used casting silicone and casting resin, this would have been done in 1 video in a fraction of the time lol but I've never seen someone use so much uv resin in 1 project and I've never personally had success using silicone calk to make a mold, so this has been interesting

I wonder if the back side of the mold made bigger pieces because the mold couldnt hold its own shape. So the piece spread out and became wider
that is hell of a way to mold a toy.
