How is it possible that there aren't enough women for a 145lb weight class? 90% of the women I see on the street are close to 200lbs at 5'2"! 🤔

What difference a decade makes. At 33, you see Kayla is still tight, strong. At 42, Holly looks great and is incredibly fit, but you see some of that tightness is gone. I'm 39 and I feel like the body I had at 32/33, that youthful fitness, is somewhat gone. Holly is losing this one I feel.
