I disagree. Aside from her personality, she's really cute and vibrant.
I was tempted to have a bunch of those jars of plastic cupped mango jelly imported so I'm glad I found this recipe!! Thank you for posting this! At my old cafe job, we would pour jelly into a cup, put those cups in a muffin tins on an angle, let that set, and then for the other layer of jelly we would sit the cups up so when it all cooled, we had these diagonal layers!
My mum made this according to your recipe and it turned out soooooo good I absolutely love this!
Pai, you're amazing. I love who you are and anything you made. Keep smiling
I made a similar recipe but I modified with gelatin coffee layer and coconut cream agar. I did add a little too much agar and it was more than my liking for that top coconut milk layer. But I'm so happy I made my first layered jello dessert and it was great. Where I'm from the stores have super intricate molded jello cakes and it's like 3D and beautiful. Thanks for the video!
I made this jelly twice in this week. It is so yummy and cool. Thank you for sharing.
I just tried your recipe today. I used mango nectar with frozen mango pieces. It was amazing. Thanks for sharing this.
Phew! Finally found this recipe. Was looking for it for a very long time. My local Thai restaurant has this dessert. I have to wait till I go to that restaurant but now I can make whenever I crave for it. It’s super easy to make with minimal ingredients. Thank you!
Finally got the chance to make this for a pot luck gathering. It is a hit!! Thanks Pailin for the wonderful recipe. The only thing I did not do well was the choice of mango. I bought the ones that had a lot of fibre which affected the experience slightly on the negative side. Now I know this, the next one will be perfect!
This recipe is so good, just did the mango and mint with lemon juice (instead of lime) to cut down the money budget. Also used apple and mango juice instead of orenge and its so good!
I bought your book today from Amazon, of course, now I can closely and carefully cook delicious Thai recipes to perfection.
I just made this but used jackfruit syrup for the juice in addition to the mango. This is delicious! Thanks for sharing an amazing recipe
It's amazing. The taste makes everyone crazy. Thanks for the recipe!!! Very delicious!
OMG! Everyone should try it. It's amazing!!? Your presentation and video looks awesome too. Keep it up!🏆
I love your mannerism, joie de vivre, and how you express your demonstration. Its so campy and enjoyable to watch. You are a good speaker that would never make your audience fall asleep.
Not overly keen on jelly dishes myself but it looks stunning. Especially seeing how simple it is.
Love how you present the recipe and make it so fun! Plus, I really like how you pre-empt potential cooking mistakes and warn the viewers before we make the errors. Thanks ^_^ Will try this. (Haha, there are too many cooking videos out there that talk too much nonsense and you're just the opposite of that... perfect!)

Love agar agar. It's called gulaman in the Philippines. We usually make it with pandan or brown sugar and cube then small to add to drinks that have shaved ice in it. Like "halo halo" or "sagot gulaman".
Love this ... I made a strawberry version of this a few months back for my granddaughters, they loved it. I love the mango version but it wasn't in season here.
you country was't have manggo season?
Yes, we do have a mango season but it wasn't in season when I made the strawberry jelly :)

7 years late but I made this tonight and it is so good! I added lychee to the bottom layer because I had some fresh languishing on the counter. Thank you for this great recipe!
Thank you for your recipe. We use agar agar a lot in Indian desserts so this has given me some great idea about adding a Rose flavour layer to it.
im using peach for this and its way too awesome

A lot of recipes I have learned from you thank you! All is amazing and really delicious
I'm really excited to make agar agar when I saw this video.Thanks.....
Agar-agar is malay word that's spoken in Malaysia and Indonesia I believe. They use a lot of double barrel e.g. Kanak-kanak and etc.
Amelia Chin absolutely! there are so many doubled words in Bahasa and Malay
Amelia Chin Yes it is Malay word . All it true
In Philippines we call it agar agar
Hi Pailin! You mentioned you could add alcohol. I don't have any orangejuice but I got orange liqueur. You think that'd work while pureeing the mangos?
+TheAnimaAnimal Good thinking, but not quite...what we want from the juice is mainly the acidity and not so much the orange flavour, orange liqueur has a strong orange flavour but not the acid.
+PailinsKitchen A bit too late now I'm afraid but it pulled out nicely anyway! So happy you replied ^^ Are there any specific alcoholic drinks you recommend that works well?
+TheAnimaAnimal Great! I'm glad it turned out anyway! I should have also mentioned that if the mango has enough acidity on its own, then the OJ isn't as necessary. I think rum or tequila would work well for this.
+PailinsKitchen Sounds great! I'll be sure to try that. The more I taste of this the more I notice the mango flavour. I didn't put any mangoflesh in it so that may also be why the flavour is so subtle. Tastes so refreshing though.
Pailin's Kitchen soo nice
Hi Pailin... I love all your recipes... I have tried some are usually they are easy, and very tasty. Thank you so much!!!
