@@themgamez i will tell you what universal blue actually is. it actually is Goku when in the transformations have god ki even in kaioken ssj base yes even those but he did that in the broly movie and that is why ssg vegeta cant handle rage broly but ¨base¨ goku landed some nice hits and when mixed with super saiyan blue it turns universal blue
@aswdaxel no that nowhere near what it is lol. Its a non Canon form from a different dragon ball series where he absorbs power from a universe tree
