  • The scene where he goes down the floor in church and grabs the man's neck when he wakes up, gets me every time. First watched it while I was 5-6 years old, now I'm 27 and still brings me tears of laughter and joy.

  • I can't express how much I love these antics 20:49 by Mr. Bean whenever he's trying to deflect the attention away from him for doing something unusual or problematic. His character is so nuanced and amusing at the same time. In the library scene, to cover up for the writing mess with a whitener, he immediately attempted to paint his nails while wearing white gloves to remove the suspicion from him as soon as he was spotted during the act of correcting the mess. In the restuarant scene, he again while in the process of hiding piece of steak tartare inside a glass of flower, he was approached by a waiter, and all of a sudden he started smelling the flower and imitating to eat at the same time. That's hilarious! In the hospital scene, while seated next to a bandaged lady and after stealing her number, the lady tried communicating and the receptionist took notice of it but didn't understand the reason, so Mr. Bean to cover up his mishief pretended to emphatise with the bandaged lady as she was making sounds of helplessness. There are so many more, i just love such characteristics.

    • I love these moments too! My all-time favorite one of these moments is at 23:10 when he’s trying to get the candy out of his pants and the guy next to him looks at him, so he pretends to dance to the church music 🤣 Another really good one is in the Bean movie where he’s trying to dry his pants, but a man notices him, so he pretends to be fixing a lightbulb

    • @Noddy I don't want to be rude, but you must use Present Perfect instead of Past Perfect. The Past Perfect is used in combination with the Simple Past and it is used, when you did something before the normal past.
