Legendary Pokemon, like Koraidon and Miraidon from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, come in all shapes and sizes, but one thing about them that always stays consistent is that they usually are all a part of various Legendary Pokemon groups. Well, what if those groups got new members? What would they be like? In this video, we are going to continue exploring that question as I create new members for three more Legendary Pokemon groups!

I like all of them, with Astromare in 1st because the execution of the design and origin is perfect, and I wished Pokemon Star was a real thing, so this legendary fits very well in the group it was made for! I like Zacian and Zamazenta a lot, but I'm not quite sure what to think about Zagozen, it makes sense for the third of the group to be based on a wizards staff, though I don't think I would keep this on my Galarian team for long. Loo-Jin is a cool Pokemon as well, with the body stature and design going on it makes a good fit in the Ruinous Quartet (I haven't even beaten my 5th gym in Scarlet yet, and my 3rd Team Star group and my 4th Titan, but I at least know where one of the locations of the Ruin Legendaries is).
I want to see all!!!😊
Loo-Jin's ability should be something like "Statue of Ruin" which reduces the Speed of all Pokemon besides itself by 25%.
I NEED to see astromare fused with necrozma. Maybe it could be called something like: Twilight Fins
Heavenly Form Necrozma goes hard ngl
I also thought that astromare looked like a shooting star
Agreed! I'm a sucker for gen 7
Technically that happened with the Regis in a sense, so we already know that was a thing. We don't know if other Legendary groups will get through that though.
the forces of nature also got another member
@@Toadie1058 True. I guess I forgot about that a little. And I really like Enamorus.
You know this is part 6 right? either youre a hater or youre just an ignorant hahaha
I personally think Astromare being an orca works better so that they're all mammals, but I still love it! And I like the name Zagozan, never would've thought of that, I just thought of Zayaro. And Loo-Jin is also good.
Glad you like them! 😊
I was about to say that 😅 but my choice would've been a dolphin but I think an orca is cooler.
Its tail is more orca like, anyway.
@@3bdallaha.298I believe orcas are a part of the dolphin fam 😬
My thoughts exactly! Orca would also supply the lore origins. They are pretty big in several geographically distinct indigenous cultures (cf. Lunala), and are named after Orcus, the Roman god of the underworld (who also devoured ppl, cf. Solgaleo being the lion that devours the sun). To add : Romans did see them as devourers&killers and Pliny called it a mass of flesh and teeth (someone saw an orca hunt & devour a prey 😂).
Gold works well for the colour because its close to yellow. So Cyna/Magenta/Yellow is a common colour scheme
*(sigh)* Printer's out of Zacian again.
Shoulda been Zambar to reference Amber instead of gold.

Dude you really nailed it with these designs from all angles, especially Loo-Jin, this would cause so much discourse in the Pokemon community for sure
Thank you, I’m glad you like them! 😄
For the third member for zacian and zamazenta also a steel / flying bow inspired could be good 😊
That’s also a cool idea!!
Loo-Jin could possibly be the group leader for Treasures of Ruin. It could represent the Paldean King itself
kzhead.info/sun/d5eIiMqnbJijeGg/bejne.htmlsi=71jPOKmVuHIxzajH
I usually don't really like your ideas, some of them seem to really escape the concept of the legendaries, but I don't really have any complaints about any of those pokemon, the closest thing to a complaint would be that the treasures of ruin are based on the 4 perils of the Chinese mythology, so wouldn't have space for a 5th legendary, but the connections are so faint that we can let it pass Good video, the ideas were really amazing
Thank you, I appreciate it!! Glad you liked them!
I was gonna comment the same thing about the treasures of ruin group
Now I'm really curous to see astromares corrupted form
I’ve always theorized (and seen others theorize) that Gholdengo and Gimmieghoul are pseudo Treasures of Ruin the gold of the King possessed by his own greed, manifest as a Pokemon after the Treasures of Ruin nearly destroyed the old kingdom
I LOVE the idea of the fifth treasure of ruin being a dragon! All I could ask for is seeing Loo-Jin looking more like an eastern dragon
Now Im currious to what Astromare would look like fused with Necrozma. It could be called Galaxy Finn Forme or Constella Jaw Forme.
Arceus all of these are so COOL! Loo-Jin is a dinosaur so that gives him extra points but I gotta say Astromare is my favorite. A cosmic shark is all the right kinds of AWESOME. That's not to say Zazogen is left behind. Gandalf Wolf is pretty neat.
I’m glad you like them! 😄
A starry shark that swims through the sea of stars
Something I really like about the other treasures of ruin is how both the areas they're imprisoned in still show the signs of their rampage 200 years ago, as well as the areas giving rise to pokemon naturally bred to combat it. For example, Ting-Lu is imprisoned in front of a massive fissure that has been filled in to create a lake, and is now pretty much surrounded by Water types as a result. This carries to the rest of the group as well. So I'm imagining that Loo-Jin could be imprisoned deep underground, in the area around where you fight Orthworm, hidden by a series of winding caves that Loo-Jin dug with it's metal claws in an attempt to cause sinkholes and the like, inadvertently cornering itself to be sealed away. 200 years later, a large space that has opened up in front of it's seal as a result of other ground type pokemon finding the ancient tunnels and expanding them, creating an almost arena like space in front of the seal.
The name Stellanchia can replace Astromare. The origin comes from the word “stella” (Latin for star) and “branchia” (Latin for gills).
Loo-jin could also mean toilet genie. Loo being British for toilet and jin being an older word for genie. Obviously not intended. Just the first thing I thought of when I saw the name. I like the actual reason behind it and the whole unknown dragon origin backstory.
King Toilet and Toilet Genie share the same type
For those who are curious, here are the groups that have been covered by this series so far: -Kanto Birds (Rocquatro) -Mews (Mewthree) -Johto Beasts (Shiroja) -Tower Duo (Zacoa) -Regis (Regisombre/Regiwraith) -Eon Duo (Latius) -Weather Trio (Phantitan) -Lake Guardians (Gremlid) -Lunar Duo (Solarios) -Forces of Nature (Malevorus) -Swords of Justice (Trevillion) -Tao Trio (Nijiro) -Aura Trio (Wrootreeza) -Light Trio (Astromare) -Darkest Day Trio (Zagozen) -Ruinous Quartet (Loo-Jin) -Paradox Duo (Genzaidon) At this point, the only ones left (i think) are the Creation Trio, the Tapu's, and the Noble Steed Trio from the Crown Tundra
Could also do a Galarian rocquatro, a new Loyal Three, and turn Shiroja and Trevillion into paradoxes
Maybe a primal form for phatitan a mega for Latius
What do you think they would look like
I love that in the thumbnail, Loo-Jin isn’t even added to the treasures of ruin, it just replaces Ting-Lu
Sooooooooooooo... Loo-Jin is just an ancient statue of one of the earliest and most famous dragon-esque Pokémon, Charizard, with its arguably more fragile wings broken off?
Once I saw this comment, I could definitely see it too. I think it would have been more unique to be based on the statues we see in gen 2 in the hideout
Astromare is my favorite from this bunch 😍⭐
Loo-Jin: Really good concept, and I personally head canon that they are meant to be a "dark doppelganger/mockery" of the leader of the Nature Quartet that you showcased a while ago. My main criticism is that I wish the head had more draconic elements to it. As of now, it looks too much Chien-Po's face. Zagoen: Really good idea compared to most 3rd addition of the dogs, but I personally feel like a better concept would be an armor based dog; the actual body being small and the armored from being bigger than either of them. Astromare: Again, really cool concept, but now I'm curious how Necrozma would look like when absorbing Astromare alone, and when Necrozma absorbs all of them.
That's and interesting thought
"A statue of a legendary dragon Pokémon" huh? Just looks like a wingless Charizard to me
My thoughts exactly!! I was like, "Look! Yet another Charizard variant!" 😂
@@jacobspies6380 Even unrelated fakemon can't escape Gamefreak's favorite son
Astromare should have been a whale, so that it would be a sea mammal and because the concept of space whales is very cool.
Another cool thing about Zagozen being Steel and then gaining Psychic is that the now-trio have a type triangle of Fighting Steel Fairy. And in their stronger forms, none of them have any type advantages against each other.
Interesting. That's not exactly a type triangle though since Fighting doesn't resist Steel
@@bigjalapeno7061 Fairy's also immune to dragon; i still think they're a good type trio thou they fit the brief with super effectives at least
False. Zamazenta has a slight edge as steel resists psychic and fighting is strong against steel
Funnily enough, I also made another member for the Treasures of Ruin, but she wasn't based on a treasure, instead, she is the one that brought the Treasures of Ruin to the king of Paldea in the first place. I dubbed her Qi-Wu (from qipian, meaning "deceive", and Wu, from the empress Wu Zetian), and gave her the Dark-Fairy type.
Great vid hoops! Loved the KH shoutout!
Astromare is cool as heck! I'd like to see some kind of "Shooting Fin Necrozma" too.
How would you evolve Cosmoem into Astromare?
Loo-Jin kinda resembles a wingless Charizard
I this is the best episode of this series so far, the creativity that was put into Loo-Jin, Zagozen, Astromare is amazing :DDD
These are absolutely GOLD, this have capture the look so well! I did a treasure of ruin 5th member Pokemon last year but Loo Jin is FIRE! Zacian and Zamazenta desperately needs a 3rd member
Yea really it's cool
Astromare seems fitting since the codename for Ultra Sun and Moon was Pokemon Stars. I wonder how Cosmoem would evolve into it though...
Happy Lunar New Year! Yes I would love to see Loo-Jin emerge from one of those ancient seals of the Padela region. I like Loo-Jin the best though with it being based on a Dragon Bronze Statue. I would like to see Loo-Jin and Zagozen in an actual game.
Even if I like Zagozen, like, pretty much, the moment I first saw Astromare, I immediately fell in love with that design. Even the lore you gave it fits perfectly. The only thing I'd like to point out is the fact, that many people kinda forget, that Sun actually also is a STAR. The pun of “starfish” is also kinda cool; the reasoning for making the representant a water animal is more than fitting, the only thing I'm not quite satisfied with, is the typing. Since neither Solgaleo, nor Lunala are partially Ground or Flying type, despite being based on “land” and “sky/flying” animal, maybe Ice or Flying for Astromare could make more sense because: it is largerly believed, that it is quite cold in the space and you have to fly if you'd like to be in the sky… the Ice type would be worse, because it would be weak to Solgaleo and have no interaction with Lunala, though. Anyway, another great video!
Yea Astromare is pretty cool
I want to see them all, but Astraware is my favorite!!
Loo-Jin is so cool, I feel like it could be the leader of the ruin pokemon 🐉
Love Astromare. That’s a really cool idea and execution!
You and the artist came up with a good batch this time. I think Astromare is my favorite of the 3. Though we need a Necrozma fusion for Astromare now. XD
Loo-Jin looks like it’s a statue of the dragon looking sprites in the gyms in the early gens like 1 & 2
love your videos please do more
the Printer Ink Dogos! also, the star Pokemon being aquatic makes sense, it’s swimming through the sea of stars
I think Loo-Jin is a great addition! It looks cool and it fits in really well. It reminds me of Regidraco's dragon head, which was also fashioned in the image of dragon. Perhaps they're depicting the SAME dragon! Zagozen as gold adds the yellow color that goes with the others. The associations you had with gold and Psychic is of course solid. Great design. I think it's my favorite out of these due to being a bearded psychic type. Astromare's name, star, and sea animal synergizes really well with the others. It also just looks really, really rad!
For the hero duo, I think an armor based Pokemon would fit well with the sword and shield themed duo. It would also suit the Steel typing very well
Loo-Jin looks really dope and would be a cool addition to the Treasures of Ruin
I feel for the sword and shield duo, if you go with a mage, it would also make sense to use a wand or staff as the item and they could be made from metal, so hence it getting the steel typing from that
with zagolzen its also indirectly a play off of CMYK (Gold being another color or description of a shade of yellow) Which is also theorised why thier based off of the colors
Loo-Jin looks like a Wingless Charizard, Zagozen looks like a Wise Pokémon, & Astromare looks like a Shooting Star Shark.
3:45 not necessarily, it's head resembles a charizard, in fact, upon seeing it in the thumbnail, I thought it had some connection to charizard. Also, the 3rd (or rather forth, I guess) member of the lunar duo(trio), you know, the trio with members based on a LION and a BAT, should be a scorpion, and no one can change my mind, maybe a sea scorpion given your logic.
10:30... I like the thinking, but there is an alchemical connection between Solgaleo and Lunala as well, which I don't think the star shark has.
8:51 I love how he created Zallow but didn’t call it zallow. It’s like he just never made the connection to printer colors and yet still landed on yellow 😅
Loo-Jin is probably my favorite in this video. The Ruinous Quartet, purely by design, are some of my favorite pokemon to come out of Gen 9, and I feel like Loo-Jin would slot in pretty perfectly. Zagozen, I wasn't sure about at first. If I was making this, I probably would've made it a gun just for the meme. But I think you and Oscar did a great job with this one. Astromare, I'm really not sure. I understand that, with this series, you're gonna get to every group of legendary pokemon eventually. But as it stands currently, I feel like the Light Trio is just fine. It doesn't need another member
So the thing about the treasures of ruin is that the treasure is a very noticeable 'part' of the design, so by making Loo Jin a statue, you made it the whole design, thus making it not fit with the rest of them. The light trio also already had a star pokemon in Solgaleo, as the sun is still a star. You also tend to have some of the strangest takes on things from just about anyone else I have seen that makes similar videos.
Ok, now I’m imagining Cosmog just adapting to various Ultra Worlds from this video. Astromare being the Ultra Deep Sea, Solgaleo prowling the Ultra Desert, Lunala soaring the Ultra Jungle. Necrozma could have even been a Cosmog forced to evolve into a dragon of light, from entering a world already consumed by Guzzlord and left lifeless, so it forces itself to evolve into a strong enough source of light that could share its light and restore life to worlds…
“Statue of a legendary dragon we have never seen before” Me: new charizard
I often thought of the sword and shield had an addition, it should be the suit of armor the knight would wear into battle while welding the sword and shield.
zagozan would've worked just as well as a mix of inspirations between the gold crown and the wizard hat (both cases are king arthur inspired). I also think if you went that route then a metal hat would make sense so as not to mess with the established typing
i love the last two especially would love to see the crowned mage form
Inhaling deeply...: Would like to see your take on a fourth member for the Creation Trio of Sinnoh. One way to go about it is that since each of the original trio is based on one of the three states of matter you could create a fourth one based on Plasma, who some people call the fourth state of matter, that would manifest as a Electric/Dragon type legendary. As for the video loved the Merlin wolf but specially Astronare who in my opinion feels like an actual original pokemon who should've been part of the main games as a true secret legendary.
Astromare I could see it having an off shoot ability like schooling from but he gathers starlight or stardust and powers up
The fact that you didn’t make a bow wolf 😭
Loo-Jin : when you said it was a statue I immediately thought of all the statues in gen 1 you see in gyms and all over that are generic “Pokémon” but not any specific one. Loo-Jin looks like them.
Astromare was totally unexpected, like, I always asumed and still think Necrozma itself was the star based member that completed the sun and moon duo, because that is what it seems like in its ultrnecrozma form, a giant shining dragon that is not the center of a solar system and neither a moon. There is also the rumor of the "pokemon stars sequel game" that featured Necrozma as the protegonist, oh and its symbol is a star. Aside form taht the concept of making an explicit Star pokemon seems weel done, specially for the nighr stars rather than the giant supernova ultra hot like star that is Ultranecrozma (althoug you could argue the base form coul fit into the night sjy trophe aswell). I liked the other two more, they seem like a completly missing concept to fill, specially zagozen and its golden mage trophe, because Eternstus always felt like an incomplete third memeber. If it was done by me, I would make the 4th member of the light trio an earth based pokemon, something like a grass/psychic or ground/psychic typed tourtoise.
sequel game was a fake leak and necrozma is the eclipse pokemon, wich is why it becomes light as a whole
@@shinken6636 Mmm the ecplipse theme is onyl aplyable to the fusion forms, Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings. The original form is refered as the Prism pokemon, and is also based in a Newton prism, a black body and even a black hole. But the star symbol is there and the last form, Ultranecrozma, is not based in any of the previous things, if anything, this would be the pure star, its head is shaped like a star, it keeps the star symbol and its description is all about the light and heat it produces, so for me there is no other way to see it (I even heard that it is based on a supernova).
Unsure if you already did the tapus, but the idea i had for a fifth is basically a quartet master, who was the guardian of alola in a time where the islands were one landmass.
One of the best Pokémon designs I've ever seen
So one dud, one, that could use some more detail, and one... with some actual potental I'll go ahead and say it, Loo-Jin is lazy and doesn't fit in with the other treasures of ruin. Each of the treasures was brought to life through a certain negative emotion (grudge, hatred, fear, and envy), and then formed a body made up of the treasure and an element that represents their second type (dead leaves, snow, dirt and rocks, and fire). Instead you have Loo-Jin be a bronze statue that came to life, you can see how this doesn't fit with the other four I'm not sold on Zagozen, it doesn't look like it's completely transformed. As far as a hat goes, well the other two get helmets when they transform; Zagozen doesn't seem all that special. Also the part where it's steel type and then gets the psychic type when transforming needs more of an explanation if this is going to work. like what does Zagonen look like transformed to make it a pure steal type? Astromare can work, but I think we need to make a few adjustments. First off this thing needs to resemble a star when viewed from the front, so I suggest adding an extra pair of fins near it's belly so it can look like a star. I would also add some more yellow to parts of it's body so it can light up the sky like how a star does. And finally, I would switch out the water type for the fairy type as it fits with the whole star and light thing
I definitely think the treasure trio addition is the strongest. Imo Astromare looks too similar to Lunala to feel like a fitting trio addition, and Zagozen kinda just looks like a fusion of Zamazenta and Zacian to me Plus I like the idea of the buildup between Loo-Jin and Regidrago referencing a long-dead legendary that we'd maybe get to see later, since they definitely look similar.
Idea: what if ledgnedary pokemon have regular pokemon that reflect on them? You know how jynx, electabuzz and magmar are in an unofficial trio that reflects on them legendary birds.
Zagozen could have had a rusted staff to go with the rusted sword and rusted shield? Some rare staffs are made of metal anyway, other than that, pretty nice third legendary
Theres also a maori legend of a shark eating the galaxy so astromare could have been the fpurth member
I want them all! They're so good!
The new ruin pokemon could have been sealed in area 0 under the massive design on the ground (where roaring moon and iron Valiant are) and to get it you'll need to get the other 4 there. It could have a ability that lowers the speed stat.
2:36: I summon the power of the Dragonzord!
5:38 Can’t believe you didn’t make Zagozen a gun
I can imagine a fourth legendary to the weather trio would be the one behind starting the fights of kyogre and groudon
I imagined myself how could be a 5th member of the Treasures of Ruin before the release of this video. In your video. Loo-Jin is really great. My version of a 5th treasure of ruin can be an animal that looks like a duck or a goose, it will be a Dark/Water type and represents the reject and jealousy, with a stone broken heart as it's signature item.
Necrozma is already based on a star. It's normal form is a dead star without light, and it's Ultra form is a brightly shining star. Could have based it on planets or meteors or comets or black holes or nebulae or something.
Hey just fyi um the treasure of ruins are objects that got fused with a element item and the evilness of the king so for example wo-chien is a bunch of dead leafs that were mixed with the wooden tablets and malice to give it its grass typing and obviously the dark type comes from its entire ordeal being a item/treasure and a nature thing being mixed with evilness and malice making it a grass dark type Pokemon and same as the other ting-lu is dirt and rocks with the vessel and chein-pao is sword and snow and chi-yu is fire and the charms all being shaped by malice and evil intent by the kings greed.
1. With Zagozen... "Magic Staff would make sense... So I gave it a hat" 2.Necrozma is star already
In other words, Astromare would evolve from Cosmoem if it's dawn or dusk, since that was another distinction with the Light Trio (excluding Necrozma). They all evolve from Cosmoem.
The Shark works well for Alola as well. Sharks are sacred animals in Hawaiian history. Get it by evolving Cosmoen at dusk or dawn.
Astromare is a dolphin for me, So all sky, earth and land are base on mammals plus the Dolphin constellation XD And dolphin are known to swim fast like a shooting star
Astromane could instead be named Astrunatare, which is Astrum, another word meaning star and natare meaning swim. Or Stelavena which is Stella means star and a shortening of venator meaning hunter
Loo-Jin is kool, but looks more of a rock or ground type. But I do like its design! I live how it hints at dragon heads we’ve seen in previous games. Zagozen is neat, very smart to make it a mage! I think green would have looked better, but Zarude exists and CYMK is an obvious reference. And I’m sure everyone is gonna say Astromare looks like Sharpedo. But it’s designed SO WELL! I think a design based on EARTH would have also worked so stars and moon don’t clash too much. Kudos to you and Oscar as always! I need to learn his coloring style
Thank you! I’m glad you like the designs! 😊
When I heard that you were doing the sw/sh duo I was hoping for the meme of Pokémon gun but I still adore the Pokémon that was there instead
Astromare looks incredible wow 🔥
These are great news members of the legendaries, especially with the galar legends
Now i wonder what the "taken over" form would look like for Astromare (Astromare + Necrozma)
10:35 Ba Dum Chessh (drums sound)
What about the third Zacian and Zamazenta member based of the holy grail instead that might work.
Honestly I think a spear or a bow would have been a better choice because of the fact that there are also famous spear wielders and bow wielders in Arthurian mythology pardon it would also make sense if it was a third game Pokemon spear would fit the sword and shield naming convention for that generation
I'm surprised that when you were talking about Astromare you didn't mention the saying "A sea of stars"
Kinda missed the mark a bit on Loo-Jin. Their typings come from the thing that makes up their body, not from the treasure. So Loo-Jin to be Steel type would need to have a body made of metal, not just the statue.
As a Chinese speaker, I'd recommend renaming Loo-Jin. You can't break down Long to Loo, since Loong is one word and breaking it down confuses the reference. Loo can be misinterpreted to be a lot of things, including 鹿 (Deer), the same reference used by Ting Lu. Also while Jin can mean metal, more generally it means gold, so it doesn't necessarily fit a bronze statue. A more fitting name would be Tong-Long (铜龙), tong meaning Bronze and Long being dragon. Tong Long also sounds similar to Kong-Long (恐龙), which is the chinese phrase for dinosaur.
I would've picked Dolphin for the third legendary for Solgaleo and Lunala. Cause both are mammals.
Absolutely phenomenal video, but I would change the dusty hat to a rusty staff, due to both the other legendaries having a rusty item.
I like Astromare the best & would hope to see something like it in a sequel new game in later years related to USUM.
I think Zacien and Zamazenta are respectively based on legendary heroes of English lore King Arthur and Beowulf respectively. Since Merlin comes from Arthurian legend, I would have based the third member of that group on Robin Hood instead, but take a less literal approach than with Decidueye. Perhaps steel ghost or steel dark.
Loo-Jin is probably my favorite fakemon I’ve seen ngl
