  • The iskall street lamps would probably look better with a top cover, like those street lamps that have a bit on top to direct the light only down. Would add some detail and a more modern vibe!

  • Stress if you don't want to build the entire interior for every single house, because you probably won't need so much space for the game anyways, you could do the thing that you often see in video games and add locked doors with nothing behind. You could use iron doors for some because they can't be opened, or you could use any door, make a tiny black room behind it with a sign reading "Door locked" to simulate like a popup in a video game.

  • Houses coming along so cute! If the street comes to an end maybe make a cul de sac with a larger house at the end? Not really a mansion but something bigger than the ones on the sides and stands alone. The London lamps as Iskall calls them could work but maybe switch out the pole for polished black stone instead of deepslate bricks? One of those times where some sort of black wood for fences and trap doors would be amazing.

  • Guitar nerd here: you need a noise suppressor not a noise gate, the gate will "open and close" when you speak so while you're speaking, the fan will be audible but it will also sound choppy if the gate is not fast enough. A noise suppressor will allow you to increase the threshold on your to a point where it just cuts out your fan and not your voice.
