Many successful Jews resided in US and then building up significant influence in the finance and politics and that was how Israel was being built??? It is? And how did the world media report about the huge number of Palestinians who were being chased out of their long inhabited land??? Why did the world allowed that to happen? United Nation? Why did the UN accepted Israel ????

Americans are not aware that Julius Robert Oppenheimer who with his Jews teams built the atomic bombs that where used to stop Japan in 1945 where german Jews . Americans are not aware that the world most dangerous weapons America have are built by Jews experts . Americans are not aware that it was after Jews weapons won America second world war that the Jews told them the only compensation they want from America is to help them return back to their land . Americans are not educated enough to known that Palestine was never a nation none people , but was the name the Roman changed the Jews land of Judea to after killing millions of Jews and expulsed the Jews in millions of numbers away from their homeland which is modern Israel . Americans are not aware that Palestine used to include Jordan ,Syria and Lebanon and Israel , that Palestine was just a territory until 1943 when state of Lebanon was created no problem , Syria and Jordan states where created in 1946 the Arabs have no problem , untill the same UN wanted to created state of Jews call Israel but Arabs declared war on Israel which Israel won in 1949 , Americans are not aware the war was between Arabs vs Jews until 1967 when Palestine was invented to create the narrative that Israel took over Palestine land . Americans don't ask one simple question when did Arabs came to Jerusalem . How can Jerusalem meaning land of peace in Hebrew the Jews language became Arab land ? How come David who founded Jerusalem ,king Solomon , moses , Joshua , elijah , Daniel are all Hebrew who lived on the said land , but modern Jews who are Hebrew and state of Israel are stranger who came to steal land ???? • So true! Balfour wasn't doing the Jews a favour with his declaration, neither was Chamberlain when he signed an agreement with the original Nazis-they wanted to solve their-own local Jewish problems. At the height of the rounding up of the Jews non of them were rolling out the welcome wagons and opening the borders, like America and the other western white colonies had done for other Christian Europeans. So they decided it was a good idea to give the Jews their own colony to settle, and a few places like Uganda (for its proximity to an independent Ethiopia the home of the first Hebrew state) Argentina were proposed also. But it was Russia (USSR) that was the significant factor in the legitimacy of the establishment of Israel-if Russia had said NO, and denounced colonialism as it purported to, then China wouldn't have either, and Israel wouldn't exist as the self declared independent colony, in the same mould as SA or Rhodesia failed...

US president Carter declared the Argentinian junta a mass murdering dictator and banned the sale of US weapons. Israel ignored the ban and sold fighter jets and missiles to Argentina that were used against the British task force. Ironically the Argentinian leader was later deemed a far right fascist who murdered his own people to stay in power.

    • First, we have to ignore civil wars and wars of secession because the UN wasn't set up to deal with conflicts inside countries, its primary role was to deal with conflict and disagreements between countries. So let us compare wars between countries in the 75 years before the UN came to being (1870-1945) with the 75 years after 1945 (1946-2021). That first 75 year period included 2 very big wars (WW I and WW II), without looking at any of the other wars in that period we can easily see that combining all the wars since 1945 we don't come close to the death and destruction of WW I and WW II. Even if we chuck in all the civil wars, colonial wars and wars of secession between 1946 and 2021 we still don't come close. The comparison looks even worse when you look at per capita deaths because deaths due to war have gone down while the population of the world is more than 8 times what it was in 1870. We can argue about why there has been less international war since the UN than before the UN. The Cold War might be a contributing factor and ditto nuclear weapons. But looking at the reasons why international wars happen is also important. Before the UN it was Ok for a country to keep any territory it gained in a war. The desire to acquire territory was a major factor in many of the wars before the UN (including both WW I and WW II). When a country applies to join the UN it gives up that right to keep any territory it gained in a war as part of the membership agreement. This has meant that today very few countries want to increase their territory through war (and the few that do, try to disguise this by claiming that the territory was previously theirs and they are just "taking it back" or that they are helping someone else).

Why not give some of that money to the people? Build the infrastructure to provide the water that you say Israel is depriving the Palestinians of? Oh because then you would actually solve problems and people will see that Israel is not causing their problems, but the channeling of resources into a campaign of terror instead of basic necessities is causing them to literally be reliant on their sworn enemy (while also antagonising that enemy and crying when that enemy decides not to be so nice anymore..) • The connection between Israel and the US is even deeper than this video proclaims (and it has NOTHING to do with "shared values"). Between WW1 and WW2, Britain, France, Poland, Germany AND the majority of the Zionist movement (who were atheists by the way) agreed to a new Jewish homeland in Madagascar. This program was why Germany started rounding up Jews in the first place and deportation remained German policy until at least 1942. After the war it was US intervention that swung the Zionist movement toward Palestine and the US that forced Resolution 181 through an unhappy United Nations. Israel is a US proxy state - providing a platform for US imperialism throughout the Middle East. US money built it and the US armed it. Israel is and always has been a glove puppet of US foreign policy. There is a direct parallel between the way the US fostered Jewish nationalism and Ukrainian nationalism after WW2.

    • @@anonymouslurker2561 I have seen Zionist movement letters expressing the view that Europe's Jewry should be forced to move to a national homeland whether they wanted to or not. This was obviously the view of *some* Zionists, not all. Nevertheless, if Zionists were not involved in promoting that policy in Germany, why then did they undertake a similar operation in Morocco in the 1950s, scaring people into moving to Israel? A documentary was made about this about 10 years ago. It does raise big questions about the way Israel uses victimhood as an excuse. If, in fact, what happened during the war has been distorted, that too could not have been done without US collaboration.

Think about the Holocaust, the Bosnian genocide, and the African apartheid - the world ignored the suffering and often blamed the victims. Nelson Mandela went through a similar struggle. He was seen by the Western world as a terrorist and a communist. He was even on the terror watchlist until 2007. It's ironic that the same people who once called him a terrorist now have a statue of him opposite the parliament, Westminster Abbey in London. This shows how we often misjudge people who fight for freedom, realizing their true worth only when it's too late.

    • Even Russia can't do that, the issue is Russia is also achristian nation and we Christians especially dedicated ones opposing israel is like God against God because He established that land himself. Its very complicated for a born again Christian to oppose israel.

  • Didn't think Al Jazeera would have been able to make a balanced take on this relationship but i gave the video a chance and glad I did. This was easily the best explanation I've ever came across in a nice short format. Al Jazeera, in my experience, is great for almost all news... except when it comes to the middle east where its natural biases tent to show through. That's not a criticism, This though was an excellent take, thank you for making it.
