I don't think you can improve your IQ or Mathematical intelligence. Maybe your will become knowledgeable and that's it, your thinking ability is still slow the way it is.. For me IQ is natural or it can be acquired through the food that we eat and the the environment that we grow with. If your an adult and your thinking you can improve your intelligence ,then your a delusional

Practicing digit span will increase you're skill at recalling numbers, doesn't mean it increased IQ you're just getting better at that task. It's extremely useful and can be applied in the real world. Practicing mnemonics for memory is extremely stimulating/useful for the brain unsure what it does. Dual N Back has had mixed results.( Neuro prosthetics) show promise in the coming years. Learning new skills useful might help. I believe IQ is genetic it's just upto you too access you're true IQ potential. If someone takes an IQ test and doesn't have good education or doesn't apply themselves they will have a lower score We all have potential !! Anyone up for debate ?

Behind it all has to be the maturity, motivation, consistency, diligence & will power, to leave your comfort zone. Teaching yourself to play. music instrument can make you intelligent 🤓 I play the guitar 🎸 for example. & considering my 4th language in another country, getting out of my comfort zone. When learning a language, at least be in the country that speaks it & for more creativity, teach yourself to play an instrument 🎷 it‘ll help remembering. 🤓😉😘

Intelligence is, though not admitted by most pick up artists, by far the most badass quality in us men. A high willpower man with below average IQ has no chance against a low willpower man with a high IQ in a fight because the second one can utilize laws of physical leverage and by this he needs far less physical force to control his enemy. Also, everything in our society, every single product, isn’t a result of willpower but of enormous intelligence, especially smartphones, airplanes, tablets and large buildings. So we are badass if we combine masculine energy with social, practical and analytical intelligence.
You missed learning new musical instruments. It increases brain power and makes you smart
