Notice how the camera doesn’t even vibrate or shake when the boat hits the big water. That’s how solid Apache’s are built. That is not a steady cam just clamped to the windshield. INCREDIBLE 👊

It's all about the cheering and laughing from inside the cockpit! LOVE IT! A few years ago, I somehow managed to scam a ride on this fine boat during one of the Wed. Lake St. Clair poker runs. While I definitely had fun running through the smooth channel waters from Idle Hour up to Algonac Harbor Club... I don't think I had "this" much fun. It makes me happy to see this boat kept in immaculate condition, and being driven the way it was intended to be driven.

Legendary, what a boat!!! Yup, one of what I call the Fab 5; Apache, Bertram, Cigarette, Donzi & Magnum. Of the 5, Apache, Bertram & Magnum are the only ones left that are still making 24 degree deep vee hull boats. Cigarette & Donzi have now incorporated step hulls into their product lines. Apache has with stood the sands of time. They've nevertheless deviated from the original recipe; to design & manufacture super high quality, strong, tough, durable, sleek offshore racing boats with s 24 degree deep vee hull. The boats are very well made, so as an owner, you are rarely (if ever) concerned when the weather takes a turn for the worse; Apaches' will always get you home safely. I've watched this video time and time again; a true joy to see this lean & mean ass kicking ocean machine rock & roll in what, I would venture to guess; 4'-6' waves at 70 mph? Been out in rough water on too many occasions in Vineyard sound, thus far, in pre-1990 Bertrams, Cigarettes, Donzis & Magnums. When pressing the envelope, I felt both fortunate & lucky to be in the boats that I was! Yet to see an Apache out there?. Hear the boats are in RI, NY, NJ & MD 😏 ? The only boat I know of that could keep you company in rough water would be Cigarette's Rough Rider. Love your boat! Be safe 😎. .

You won't; they're twice the price of a solid deep v boat; yet the owners have to check the weather, each & every time; before leaving the dock. Furthermore, they look like barges with graphics. As far as the ocean is concerned; I like boats for worst case scenarios, Apache/Bertram/Cigarette & Magnum. Buying boats for best case weather conditions, for me, is a mistake. Weather off Cape Cod can change rather quickly. I couldn't imagine, leaving Nantucket Harbor; facing 6'-8' seas with a 20 miles ahead of me to get home, in a cat! Apache has done a great job staying the course; no euro flared transoms & no step hulls,,,,,,,😎. It would be nice to see them use both the 28' Brave & 36' Warpath molds to make high performance luxury center consoles,,,,,,,😉.
