When asked how important is his religion (relationship with God)for him, Andrea Bocelli said, "For me, it is the reason for life. Because even if you last for 100 years is so significant when you compare it to eternity. If life didn't exist, an eternal life, life after life, then everything would lose its meaning." Regrets? There are born again Christians in all churches, and then there are those who are not, just like in the Catholic church, but yet they call themselves Christians, while a married Sunday school teacher, and a deacon are having an affair, and doing much worse, and there are pedophiles in many churches as well, for they are everywhere! He quoted the New Testament where Jesus said, "To whom much is given, much is required," so he has read the New Testament, or have had it read to him, which many Catholics do not. But, to say that he is not a Christian isn't something that we cannot say unless he himself says he isn't, for it is not ours to say, for Jesus said, "God looks upon the hearts of mankind, not on the outward appearance." So, none of us knows what is in his heart, or anyones hearts. But, I pray that he is.

Yet he is sincere and has a heart of gold (as well as a voice of gold) and is a giving man the Catholic Church (richest in the world) does very little with their wealth to help those in need. There should be NO HUNGER/Poverty at all! The Catholic Churches wealth is next to the Rothschild's wealth!!!

Never once did Andrea mentioned anything about Christ. He spoke only of the Creator, God. This is where Catholic are being misled. It’s not just about the Almighty God. The Almighty God wants his Son Christ to be our main focus. To accept his Son as our Savior. We can all have all the Faith in God, but the Bible says not even that gets you into Heaven. We must confess that Christ is Lord and accept him as our Savior.
This is an example of God's love. So pure and rich are Andres's EXTREME talents , yet, the humbleness and sincerity prevails in every word he sings, shares, and blesses us all with .God truly is working through him. When he sings, its like the heavens open, and Angels descend the spirit of the Holy Spirit!

Andrea is a big inspiration, he was born with a huge talent, but even for him, it was required a lot of dedication and hard work. He lost his eyes, but found another way to see the world. By his heart eyes, love for the music, love for people and specially love for helping other ones. This feeling of helping people and contributing with something is a reflex of god's love in our hearts.

His blindness was a blessing in that it caused him to focus on singing. Perhaps he would have focussed on football if he had his sight. He will see again when Jesus returns. He has so much more now than many who are sighted and distracted.

Yes, he believes in the Lord Jesus Christ. I invited him years ago to Texas to my pastor's Prayer and Miracle services in Dallas. These services are no longer available, but this pastor didn't stop praying for the sick.This pastor has strong faith and compassion for people with all kinds of sicknesses. I have seen people with cancer receive total healing after he prayed, deaf years and blind eyes open, people who couldn't speak, began to talk, etc. Many believe but deny the Power of God. God healed me in 2010 from two masses in my body in these services. All the best to all of you. And yes, Jesus Christ is coming back soon. It's going to be tough before he returns. Have faith y'all.

Such a lovely man and a great interview, so glad to hear how important his faith is. I have always loved his voice and recently have introduced my very young grandchildren to some of his songs. When they begin to get tired and fight and squabble we have Andrea time and find him singing our favourite songs on KZhead. They become calm and quiet immediately and listen to his beautiful voice

He's the one who also transmitted this faith to his wife Veronica. He once said he had to teach her how to say the prayer Hail Mary as she did not even know and now she's speaking of " and then there is God". How beautiful is that?
