  • For the first time... well... ever, I am genuinely optimistic as a Chargers fan. We have an amazing offense with a lot of potential at all positions. Williams, Parham and Guyton are coming up big when we need them. Herbert, Ekeler and Allen are all elite caliber players. While I know he's new, I'm very confident in Staley at head coach. The guy does a great job at staying composed, motivating the team, and clearly spends a lot of time analyzing film and preparing for whatever gets thrown our way. We are actually finishing out games and continuing to compete in the second half. Last year we saw a total turnaround in performance with a four-game win-streak. I went to a game for the first time ever because I finally see growth. With some more physicality at defense and cleaner playing, we have a shot at competing in the playoffs. Mahomes is the only thing in our way. The potential is there, and I believe our guys have the talent to get it done. #BoltUp ⚡️

This was a game where he definitely led them to victory, throwing two TD passes late in the game only to have them called back by ultra-picky ref calls that were clearly TV driven (and I hate to insinuate that but the replays on both offer ZERO evidence of Charger malfeasance).
