To give to a friend, buy the pass but don't activate it, then go into your supercell ID, find the person you want to give it to, then I believe you can give it as a gift to them. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure that is how you give it to someone.

I believe you can, just make sure not to activate it before the next season rolls around

The store is shown in USD currency not in local currency. What is happening ? Note: I am not in the United States
This might be because your account is set to the US inside of wherever you get apps. If you use Apple, then you will need to go into your Apple App Store account and make sure you set to whatever country you live in, and vice versa in the Google Play store. If that doesn't work, go to the Support Portal in the Supercell Store for more help.

I don't really know what you are asking. If you buy the pass once every season, however much you buy it for will stay the same

No. Every purchase of the Brawl Pass is a one time purchase. You will only be charged once for buying a Brawl Pass.

How long does it take to come in account?
If you mean to max out a free to play account, it can take a very long time. I have only spent a little money on Brawl Stars and I have been playing for a few years now. It is my goal to one day max out this account
