When I say this snake is gumpy... I mean she's grumpy! 😂 This is one of the craziest clutches I've pulled in a long time 😳 She doesn't know I'm just trying to save the few good eggs she has 🥚 Without removing them even the good ones would have rotted 🤢 That is why I'm willing to take the risk to save the babies 🐍 Enjoy the crazy video of me almost getting smoked 😂

  • I do feel sorry for these snakes in captivity tho. They should be out in the wild in their own environment where they belong and not locked up in a cage and not free. So sad for them

    • A lot of them have had their natural habitats destroyed and have nowhere else to go, and some like Burmese and reticulated pythons are regularly slaughtered by the government bc they are taking over the ecosystem. In many ways they are saving them from literal death, and I can't think of a way to keep a snake free range without it escaping and getting slaughtered personally. The whole situation is upsetting admittedly

  • 25 yrs ago I had 16' female burm with a serious dislike for people. Her enclosure had to be handbuilt because I needed that much room for her. When she would strike the plexiglass front it was absolutely nuts. People don't realize how big they can open their mouths to strike. I NEVER took her out unless I had a second pair of trained hands. Incredible animal. Not a great pet. Also the idea of keeping a snake that size in a small wooden box seems super cruel too me. But I also think that about snake tubs/racks. It's been decades since I kept pythons and boas but as a rule of thumb, if they can't stretch out there entire body length, enclosure is too small

    • I think they can use a long self- tightening Y fork or plier, so that they can easily control the snake. Honestly I dont like snakes and crocodiles that makes me afraid to swim in the river in my homeland. I love swimming but I cannot afford swimming in the swimming pool everyday. I think this is unfair to people.

    • There's other people there to get the snake off of him. The only way the snake can harm him is by suffocation. So he puts himself in a position where he knows the snake will attempt to strike to get views.
