Great game by two great teams. This BC team will go down as one of the best ever, but Denver were the rightful champions. College hockey is awesome.
Can't be considered best team ever if you can't win it all. Warriors went 73-9 and lost to LaBum and the Cavs. definitely not considered the best team ever.
@@BenDover-vs7ih The runner-up can be considered one of the best teams ever as long as the NCAA hockey tournament is single elimination. The Warriors team you’re mentioning lost four times in a best of seven series. They definitively were not the best. This BC team lost once. And otherwise, BC was one of the best teams in modern college hockey history by wins, strength of schedule, goal differential, and roster talent by NHL pedigree. They won their conference tournament and best the defending champs in the regionals and ran through an NHL feeder team in the frozen four. One of the best teams ever even if they lost a single elimination game. And that doesn’t take anything away from Denver, who were worthy champions.

@@whatthehellisgoingon5789 Says you. This BC team will be remembered. People will look back when they’re all stars in the NHL and remark on how dominant this team was. And when they win it all next year, it will be looked at as a stepping stone team to all-time greatness. Saying it doesn’t mean a thing is ridiculous.
