Nice one Dodge. Great interview. I last bumped in to Dom at a boxing show in York Hall in Bethnal Green about 12 years ago. I always remember him saying to me that we were the last of a dying breed, or words to that effect. I remember being really chuffed with that, as I didn't think Dom was even aware of me. 👊🥊

Dom sent this link to me today and Iv got to be honest when I see how long it was I didn’t think I would be able to watch it as I suffer from ADHD and can’t stay focused. But look at this 2:10 am just watched it start to finish. I loved every moment. Dom is a real gentleman and the more people see this side of him the better. It touched me as well as he said he only has a few people that call him to just see how he is. I know that I’m one of them, that made me feel really proud. What about me is a fantastic book get out there and get one it’s go so many stories in there. Like I say the ADHD holds me back with reading but I’m halfway through it. Dom you are the man and I believe in you, only positive things from now on.

I heard every word Dominic. Related to every feeling you talked about. Hungry ghost, void, emptiness. Obsessional thoughts ect. No one will understand that unless they feel it. Glad you had the humility to talk about it. Pride! N°1 killer in us men. Great pod Dodge.

Great interview Dodge i met Dominic a few time i use to box out of KOs gym in walthamstow he was a great guy always very kind and also worked for him a few time with the security team on the boxing shows good times

Hi Gents, great podcast as usual. Dom do you generally find it difficult to breath I had the same problem with snoring. Went the doctors I had poliyps ( think that’s how you spell it lol) had them removed wow can breath and don’t snore no more hope this helps. Good luck for the future goes to both.

What a proper bloke Dom is, he's chilled now but I still wouldn't want to upset him 🤣 what I love is he knew he was a naughty boy growing up but is remorseful for it. I knew Chris. He used to be a doorman at rudolphs on Tottenham high rd. After the fight he obviously never did that anymore,but was a cab driver. He would regularly drive us home from there. Not seen him since it closed down about ten years ago.

Takes a little to admit freely that you’ve been an arse hole at times and lien eh said turned into a little bully , especially when you’ve been bullied yourself and you know how much it hurts but then you can’t truly change unless you totally admit everything so I really think it’s a massive things that Dominic is that honest , can only wish him well

I love watching all these interviews...but i must say in my capacity as a senior detective "retired "in the met police for 35 years. These men are not gangsters "True Villains" as they all seem to have big hearts and integrity and come across sorry for the path they went down. You wouldn't hear that from Adams, Hunt or Noye.

Wow very powerful, my opinion of a couple of things this GENTLEMAN said number 1 he's mentioned 1 friend who he described as the most loyalist person he's ever met ❤HE IS THE REST ARE NOT , the rest of them use him or want to see him being violent??? It takes a big man to admit when they deserve getting a slap. Or that their actions caused the problem. Good on you, much respect for your honesty. My late partner would always say “never think you’re the hardest bastard out there, because you’ll turn a corner and find someone far tougher than you”. He knew what he was talking about and if anybody ever did get the better of him fairly, he’d take it on the chin much the same as Dom but to a lesser degree notoriety wise.
Almost every single “gang land figure” I hear interviewed says the same thing, bullied at school and felt they didn’t fit in. Just shows you how much your childhood impacts your life or can impact your life , the trick is to let go of the bad stuff but that’s really hard as we all know
