  • The mega-mansion known as “The One” sold Thursday for $126 million at a bankruptcy auction. That’s a huge discount from its $295-million listing price, even with a 12% auction fee bringing the total to about $141 million. So the Producer Michael followers were correct, the owner WAS on the brink of bankruptcy!

    • It went from $690 million -> $500 million -> $360 million -> $295 million - $126 million at auction. The home is incomplete and will require millions to complete. Then it will cost millions every year in upkeep and overhead. You would have to pay me to live there. Studios will rent this home for actors so they can throw parties here. Either that or some Saudi Prince will use this home a few months of the year to bring over escorts/instagram models.

It’s not like a full blown resort in Fiji or the Caribbean but it’s a nice luxury get away for a few days. • I said the same thing about Enes yesterday on the part 1 video. But the problem with Michael is he's not a real estate agent, he's not a real estate anything. Michael's so-called House tours are very rushed and he skips over so much stuff. No matter if he's walking through with the developer or not. So Michael's so-called influence can't help sell any of these homes.
