@@bridykes9986 well Hollywood ppl never know how to act honestly so it didn't shock me. pissed me off emencely....but didn't shock me unfortunately. everything's gotta be singing pop music or popular rock music to pass as talent. this show is rarely about diff talents then singing. it might as well be a singing show like the others. I think it should be a talent show WITHOUT THE SINGING....we have those already!!!! plenty of em!!! let's see what else ppl can do!!! I DNT even watch it anymore I wait for clips of crap I wanna see.

Peace and Love to you all Easter is pagan, the resurrection day of the Lord is correct and please stop taking the Lord's name in vain like saying omg or using it with a bad word or taking it in anyway that is in vain. Even the devil trembles in his name and we shouldn't use the powerful name like that. For the people who says Jesus is not God here's a verse. Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Watching the second act was infuriating. Here we have a contestant putting an amazing amount of performance and character together, and every judge except Amanda kept on cracking jokes because they couldn't bear not being the centre of attention for a few minutes. Have some damn respect
it was annoying as hell, kudos to the performer being unfazed and still delivering a perfect performance
Like nervous laughter, those were all nervous jokes (except perhaps one) from the judges. The witch contestant was the one in charge.
plus the audience cheering them on too… took the creepy ambiance right out of the performance

You could just as easily argue is was a mistake not to have a plan set up as opposed to just standing there awkwardly, minimizing the energy in the room. Even just a subtle cackle at the jokes could keep the tension.
The reason they were cracking jokes was because they were terrified and needed to put themselves back in a happy place. Credit to the performer

I love the way the witch moves, head looks like it moves independently from his body. And fully in character, amazing sharp look to his eyes. Very believable and well executed. I wish him much success.

Amazing prop, costume and stage design. These guys have truly perfected their art. The performances were top notch too, so many times they could've broken character but never floundered. That evil smirk at Cowell just nailed it for me.

The Witches are top notch performers and deserve their own live show, TV series and/or movies. The music fits perfectly with their act. Brilliant performers! 10/10

Those performances are truly awesome. As creepy as they are a spectacle. And whoever did the music has proper talent, because it's awesome and compliments the show so well.
I don't think they did the music for this, I think it was chosen. The last one was Protectors of the Earth, TSFH. The rest are likely thrilling themes from movies and such. But the performance is epic indeed.
Penn is just absolutely loving the performance haha. Follows every instruction with “ok” like a good boy.

I’m never quite sure if she’s being genuine or not Sometimes I’ve seen her searching around looking for a camera Sometimes I’ve seen her going over the top because she’s seen a camera Her laugh often sounds OTT She sometimes speaks in an OTT way not just volume wise but also very dramatic
The witch is one of my fav people that was in the show! Her acts were so good that I'm starting to think she's actually a real witch XD

Tbh I wouldn’t say they’re simple either… like the last one he predicted each gift correctly and the word penn was thinking of. It’s a very hard force to do but he did it, I think it was a mechanism with the cards, but no clue how he got the word

@@aayushpande7883The first two were the simplest of simple forces. The last one was also really simple. Look at 14:27 and you can see how it works as he screwed up unfolding Amanda’s and you can see the extra flaps. Each colored card shows the number he wants depending on how it is unfolded. The acting is phenomenal, but the magic is pedestrian, which is fine because the acting is really what makes the experience. I'll agree on the word though, not sure exactly how he forced that. The snow globe certainly looked chaotic. Would've been nice to see more of everything as the devil is probably in the details for that one.
This was a phenomenal performance!!! Poor Amanda lol. The Witches definitely need their own show, whether on screen, the road or both! I definitely want to see more of them!

I love the performer. There was mistake on 2nd trick and the judges took advantage of it, they had the opportunity to take center stage by cracking jokes. The performer did great letting them do their horrible jokes and continue performance without a reaction or breaking character. I was shocked at some of the judges behavior. I think Penn was brought in by producers for the third performance for crowd control no I mean judge control. Penn a professional magician would do as asked and never ever try to interfere in a performance. Other judges would’ve taken opportunity to crack a joke or take center stage. Thank you Penn.

Very unprofessional judges, it was infuriating watch them just joking around the artist. Props to the magician who was always professional even tho the judges (and also the crowd) took away most of the creepy ambience that was meant to be the center of the whole act:( a little respect, we're adults already
like he said beauty is skin deep . They sit there with their plastic faces and have no problem in mocking talents even children . There was once an artist who got buzzed because they didnt have the patience to watch till the end which shut them all up . This man put all of these cowards into the rightful place lol

That first performance with the apple was absolutely amazing, just really well done and i dont think Hollywood couldn't of done any better and had some exorcist going on and the second and third act i could of watched all day. Probably the best spookperformeces that ive ever seen.

i have a feeling i know how these performances are done, especially the first one, but that doesnt stop this being highly entertaining. id definitely pay to see this show live. great showmanship and atmosphere created. thats what really makes the show come to life.

Apparently parents called the show and complained this was “too scary” for their kids. 🙄 Such a wimpy generation. God knows how _horrible_ Halloween must be for them. The show had to shift the schedule around and only show this guy’s act after 9pm as a result.

I'm just impressed by the makeup and effects I have to know who does that if they do that all themselves that's absolutely amazing and a talent on its own. I worked in haunted house performances so all of this is just amazing to me and right up my alley! Hope they are able to take this character on some sort series or guest star at renaissance faires and larping shows (which I also love) or even a cool concept for their own KZhead channel cause it's just so creepy and fun!
Absolutely wonderful, the 2nd act was hard to watch because of the judges, but whatever. Cool, how Penn was there as judge since he is a magician too.
Its a testament to how great of a performer the witch is when all the judges kept cracking jokes but didnt throw off the mood or performance one bit imo

Kudos to the second witch for not breaking character even after the judges ruined the ambience of the performance with their jokes. They had kept their mouths shut during the first. That's the reason why the first witch seemed more scary than second.
And why do you think that is?
Have you considered that maybe if a "scary ambiance" can be destroyed by a joke, maybe it wasn't scary in the first place? The first witch had nothing but her act and managed to make a tense atmosphere. The second was just cringe from the get go.
@@george2pYou realize the show wouldn’t let any actual danger come to the judges, right? It’s not meant to be actual fear or concern, it is a performance that is meant to be watched. People like scary movies because they’re fun to experience, not because they’re actually scared for their life sitting in a movie theater. The judges’ joking is like going to a scary movie and just scrolling on your phone the whole time.

1rst act is my favorite. That is some serious work and talent there. Aside from the left/right switch trick of picking which apple, the "witch" also had to switch to and use the fake hand on the judge without her knowing...

I’m definitely now calling Simon Cowell “the Cowell”. But seriously, the second act was ruined by the judges just pulling jokes and laughing their butts off. The amount of practice the person put into this act only to be ruined by David Walliams, Alesha and maybe Simon. It’s so disgraceful to the person.

@@gameguy3293 I actually think it was disrespectful. The judges get paid to judge. The best way to do that is pay attention during an act. If you hate the act then you can buzz, fine. BUT to throughout the act be a distraction to each other, the person doing the act and the viewer I think is unfair and therefore disrespectful. The act might have won if the viewers had been able to focus but instead the focus was on the judges not the act.
At least Penn Gillette is being a good sport about it. He's obviously a guy who's seen it all, even the weirder side of things.

For this performer to reach the level of fear he did with the judges was amazing. The disassociated evil dark stare was top. Notch acting. When the attempted jokes failed to the horrific allusions he forcefully instilled his fearful control.
