Myanmar, Spain and Chile are countries devasted by military coups and dictatorships. By the time democracy returns the worst culprits have usually passed on and their cronies have organised impunity for themselves. Now it's happening all over again in Myanmar. Resisting pacifically, like Gandi sometimes did - that doesn't work anymore. The only way to fight dictators is all out, and expecting heavy casualties. Yeah, let's hope that this time they get overthrown and punished. But we know they seldom do. The only country that could help prefers bashing communists and their friends. Myanmar, Spain and Chile are countries devasted by military coups and dictatorships. What goes through the minds of police and soldiers to distance themselves from the evil they undertake? Incredible.
Soldiers are from families who are the poorest of the poor. Most of the protesters are middle class. The poor don't give a fuck about democracy or legitimacy; they just want a job and a living wage. The army and police force offer just that. The same thing goes on in poor countries all around the world.
Say you're given a choice, either you follow orders or it's firing squad for your family back in the village. What would you have done?
The police and soldiers don't give a fuck. All they want is their paycheck and they are told they might get a promotion if they kill protestors so they are just doing it for money and power.
Same that goes through the minds of all police and military personnel
Oh my God, crisis everywhere

This is ABSOLUTELY horrible and i agree we shouldn't sit idly by and let these things happen!!!
Please do you know why army overthrew govt? Election was rigged similar to Ghana. You cannot steal votes then expect peace. Do you know what it means for your vote to mean nothing? Do vote thieves deserve peace? Off course UK prefers a client state. When UK ruled other countries, did they offer populace votes?
@@milkoansah-johnson8768 I think you should look further into the news before commenting. There were no election fraud. NLD which is a democracy party won by 83 percent and you can tell by the amount of protestors who they voted for. Burmese people do not want a dictator & they have ruled for the past 50 years making the country very poor and selling the rich to China. So you can’t blame the people for standing up for democracy and fighting for freedom. The military has only ruled for one month & so many ppl have died and cutting off internet. So yea how dare they fight for democracy??

@@milkoansah-johnson8768 I grew up here Burma so I’m very aware of everything going on. From the start the media focus on election fraud & and now the focus are on violent act. Why are you trying to justify a coup!? So many people are dying to get our democracy back and I know my country history very well. Living under a dictator is terrible and we just got democracy for 5 years. Now the junta has run out of money so they want their power back such as from sanction. Also they let out 23,000 prisoners to hurt the citizens. At night they raid our homes and kidnap people, torture.they also cut out intern at night so people won’t be able to communicate because that’s when they set up fire. They do that so they can tell the world the citizens are the bad people and we the military have to step in to save them. Most of the country hate the military regime and we are just fighting for our leaders to be free and to get our freedoms back. Also media doesn’t cover much on Burma because it is not a well known country.
