  • I normally watch asmr of 1.5x speed, but your is just the right pace. Not much wait time between each trigger, and you take time to complete each trigger. Congrats on a well-deserved 800k!

  • To anyone who has trouble sleeping or suffers from insomnia who’s trying to get into asmr: Test stuff out, see what you enjoy the most. I recommend testing out 8d asmr or stuff that needs headphones. Definitely start off with Luigi’s barbershop. It’s the og, you can go on from there. I find that 8d haircuts and fast asmr get me to sleep easiest. But I wish you luck in your journey (: Also, if you think your insomnia is getting severe, please don’t be afraid to ask a doctor about it. Same with having anxiety or depression, ASMR is not a cure for stuff like this, but in my personal opinion, it helps ❤
