The GI Bill was never intended for buying a house. It was meant to pay for our education or our family's education. The VA loan is for property. Both of which are for all service members. Not just the black community.

ALL FLUFF! I work in interview environments all the time and what she really did was emasculate those black men in front of the audience. How? She took over the interview, specifically in the beginning when she made her extra long introduction to get to the question (notice the brothers body language as she kept going on and on. It changed. she could of kept talking for 20 more minutes and they still woulda been stuck! Just looking!) and THEN she asked them a question which seems ok, but is totally off protocol in any professional interview. Who does that? You won’t see that on the news, a talk show, podcast or any other commendable panel or Q&A. Her persona really makes me uncomfortable. The truth is that America runs off of loans. They want you to get a loan to start a business and buy a house. It’s set up that way, but in the long run you will stay in debt. A very few percentage of people can get out of this sick matrix compared to the actual population and the percentage goes down when it comes to us. My aunt worked and paid off her house, left it to her children and guess what they did… Sold it. All I can say is look up to God, not politicians like Harris.

@@Wizdomman1 1 I dealt with loan process they want you to give everything and sum from statements to tax returns and there is nobody telling us how much or how can we meet the full amount with what revenue or assets to get there so called lenders to agree to approve the loans. Plus 2nd do they hard pull our credit or they just need our social to have it on file. It’s a lot of things we could break down nothing they ask was productive it was fluff. I’m dealing with the problem right now getting funding. These policies always have the wrong marketing materials to help us it only caters to the other side and not the brotha side.
Once they get in those supposed big rooms, they start to let thing s slide.

As a parent I do not want to have to take out equity on a home to pay for my child’s tuition…as a descendent of enslaved Africans my child should be able to go to school at No COST! And the HBCU’s that they attend should be able to be fully funded through reparations, so that our children get the same resources and access that are available at PWIs. It really is just that simple.
It certainly sounds good - the proof will be in the accoplishment of those lofty promises. Without our holding the politicians accountable - holding their feet to the fire - it will amount to nothing more than empty promises and broken dreams.
