Although pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.
This book offers a completely new paradigm and understanding of where our human experience comes from, allowing us to end our own suffering and create how we want to feel at any moment.
In This Book, You’ll Discover:
✅ The root cause of all psychological and emotional suffering and how to end it
✅ How to become unaffected by negative thoughts and feelings
✅ How to experience unconditional love, peace, and joy in the present, no matter what our external circumstances look like
✅ How to instantly create a new experience of life if you don’t like the one you’re in right now
✅ How to break free from a negative thought loop when we inevitably get caught in one
✅ How to let go of anxiety, self-doubt, self-sabotage, and any self-destructive habits
✅ How to effortlessly create from a state of abundance, flow, and ease
✅ How to develop the superpower of being okay with not knowing and uncertainty
✅ How to access your intuition and inner wisdom that goes beyond the limitations of thinking
No matter what has happened to you, where you are from, or what you have done, you can still find total peace, unconditional love, complete fulfillment, and an abundance of joy in your life.
No person is an exception to this. Darkness only exists because of the light, which means even in our darkest hour, light must exist.
Within the pages of this book, contains timeless wisdom to empower you with the understanding of our mind’s infinite potential to create any experience of life that we want no matter the external circumstances.
‘Don’t Believe Everything You Think’ is not about rewiring your brain, rewriting your past, positive thinking or anything of the sort.
We cannot solve our problems with the same level of consciousness that created them. Tactics are temporary. An expansion of consciousness is permanent.
This book was written to help you go beyond your thinking and discover the truth of what you already intuitively know deep inside your soul.

  • Hi friends, this is Joseph Nguyen (the author), and here’s why I’ve decided to release the full audiobook of my book for free on KZhead: After the launch of my book, so many beautiful souls have told me that they are not able to afford the book where they live. It is a deep fear of mine when I release the audiobook for free that people would just listen here instead of buying my book and I wouldn’t be able to write full-time anymore since I wouldn’t be getting royalties. After some reflection, I’ve realized that this book isn’t for me or about me at all and that it should be accessible to anyone, anywhere, no matter their circumstances. It was only my own personal thinking that was keeping me from sharing this freely with the world. I know deep down that this book can help anyone find peace in their lives. With that lens, it seems almost silly for me to worry if I will be able to make a living and I fully trust in my intuition and the Universe to continue to create abundance in my life if I continue to follow it. As I have made the leap into the unknown and let go of my own thinking that is rooted in fear to follow what feels most expansive and aligned with me, I know you can as well. This book will show you how. This is how we can live in the abundance of peace, love, and joy every single day of our lives. I love you all infinitely. With love, Joseph P.S. If you would like more from me, I have workshops, guides, and additional resources to help you on your journey available on my website: www.josephnguyen.org/ You may also subscribe to my channel here for weekly videos that dive deep into spirituality, healing, intuition, creativity, and living an abundant life full of peace, love, and joy.

  • When I was going through the worst stress of my life-for months I was only sleeping a couple hours a night, barely eating one bite of food per day, unable to carry on a conversation…I would look at my cat and think “she has no idea how scary things are for all of us!” She just lounged around, played with toys, ate her food, slept all day. Things actually turned out great; and she just stayed the same. All my worrying and all her non-worrying has the exact same effect-zero.

  • The root cause of all human suffering is our own thinking, not external circumstances. Our thoughts and interpretations of events, not the events themselves, determine our experience. Thoughts are neutral, but it's the active process of thinking about those thoughts that leads to negative emotions and suffering. The goal is to minimize thinking, not eliminate thoughts entirely. Understanding the three core principles - Universal Mind, Universal Consciousness, and Universal Thought - is crucial for grasping how our human experience is created. While it's not possible to completely stop thinking, we can learn to access a state of non-thinking or "flow" that allows us to tap into our true potential, creativity, and intuitive guidance. Pursuing goals and dreams from a place of inspiration (non-thinking) rather than desperation (thinking) is key for fulfillment and success. Cultivating unconditional love and creation, and recognizing that nothing is inherently "good" or "bad", allows us to transcend the limitations of our own thinking. Learning to trust and follow our intuition, rather than constantly deferring to our analytical thinking, is essential for living a life of purpose and meaning. Creating space and emptiness is necessary to allow for miracles, insights, and inspired action to arise, beyond the confines of our habitual thought patterns. Navigating the challenges and obstacles that can arise when shifting away from constant thinking requires patience, self-compassion, and a continued commitment to the principles.

    • Eckhart Tolle had narrated 1 or 2 of his books and released on YT too. His books also dissect the origins of our stress and delusions in our daily life (such as over-thinking, reactions to involuntary thoughts, sufferings), and how we can encounter them with “Stillness” in our mind. You may find those audiobooks helpful as long as you are human. 😉

    • I hear ya. Something that opened my eyes was a comment i read years ago, where the person said to "let go of thoughts, and allow actions to happen." Said it was a Tao reference. I thought about it, tried it, and it was pretty amazing. If i go into an interaction like usual i will think about all this stupid stuff that ruins any chance of me being me, but if i say to myself, let go of thoughts, let go of self, and allow actions to happen, its night and day. Its like it shuts off the part of your brain that worries about that stuff(self) and all that's operating is the part that's engaging in the interaction. Like your brain knows how to do it you just have to get out of the way, you hear everything and words flow from you. Let go of thoughts, allow actions to happen, be in the moment, the worries will just go missing.

Being mindful and observant of our thoughts is key. Our brains love to create imaginary problems to attempt to solve, to the point of stressing itself out.

    • after i finished the book yesterday, i found that i had used its concepts to preempt habitual negative thought loops like five times in one night. i just had this new ability to notice and reject unhelpful thought patterns that i'd become used to over the years. it also helped me recognize how often i was going into those loops - and i noticed them a lot more easily, too. i typically don't catch myself and then find myself 10 minutes into a negative loop and feeling pressure in my chest. when i went to bed, my brain felt weird because it couldn't find any negative thinking to latch onto and loop like it usually does while waiting to drift off to sleep

  • Hello there Mr Nguyen, I just wanted to say thank you for posting your audiobook, here. It randomly popped in my recommendations and I accidently clicked it since I was so distracted and busy. When I started to listen to what was being said it sounded so counterintuitive to actually work and so wrong to "not think", as I believed that your thoughts had to be cntrolled and properly managed in order for you to control yourself, your emotions and to be a productive person and accomplish your goals. I recently graduated for a qualification and started a job that I thought would fullfil me completely. I thought I would be finally happy since I got the job I worked so many years to obtain. But in truth once I graduated and started working I felt so hollow and empty, that I thought something was missing or wrong inside me to be so depressed and unhappy. This lead me to tighten my grip on my thoughts and resulted in my grasping for anything internally or externally to keep myself from drowing in a sea of my own thoughts of depression, anxiety and self-annihilation. I guess you could say my "thoughts per minute" were in the danger zone. After listening to your audiobook, my torrent of thoughts is still the same but no I refuse to "think" about them. I refuse to hold onto them. And like a river of thoughts I no longer stand in their way, picking at, and judging the thoughts in my head. This has been the first time my brain fog has cleared and I no longer have depressive thoughts on the forefront of my mind. And for that I wish to simply say thank you! I am only recently attempting your approach of "Non-Thinking" as I still fear I will not be productive or good at my job as my work requires a lot of critical thinking, calculations and judgement calls to be made frequently. I will do my best to incorporate more "Non-Thinking" into my life, as it is the first time that I feel so light and not so fearful and worried about the future or past. I feel somehow different and hope it lasts as I move forward with my life. P.S. I will definitely buy this book and your other books once I am in a better financial position in the future to do so. Kind Regards

  • Never have I felt so included and in touch with so many people. These feelings often feel like they're too much for myself, or anyone to comprehend, though I'm sure that's just the "quicksand" affect that you've described in the book, when you dive so deep into thought. In hindsight all of it seems pointless, all of the times I've read too much Into a singular or multiple thoughts. At a time where I truly felt like I was spiraling even deeper into an unknown part of my own way of thinking, your book was recommended to me. Your articulated approach to describing, and telling things as they were/are in the story really resonated with me. It felt as though I truly found another mind that has gone to the places my own has gone. I was never alone, and I held onto hope despite the things I've seen and gone through. You and those around you are truly, truly remarkable. I wish nothing but the best for you all.

  • Let me take this moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart Joseph. Thank you for sharing this thought changing book with all of us here. You act of kindness is inspiring me too to go forward record my audio book and share it with the world. Let them take their golden nuggets from Super Power Mindset as I belief Whatever is destined for is will reach us anyway and whatever not, will never even if it lies right in front of our eyes. This book was lying in my digital library since long, I kept receiving many posts on insta on this book, then a few days later I got this recording by one of my spiritual mentor sharing your generosity to share it freely with the world. And Now today I am listening when I have a little free time during my morning walk as this book was calling me. I am blessed to learn to flow in the divine flow and go for things that have an inner calling. I am blessed to learn the magical powers of gratitude and have started staying in our natural state of joy and bliss. Liked the monk story in the book. Looking forward for a more joyful experience and IN👁s from this book as I listen further. Wishing you lots of good things in life and positive outcomes in whatever you do. Thank you once again. 😊 God bless you

  • Thanks Joseph. I've read/listened to over 150 books this year so far and I gotta say it was refreshing to hear you articulate your message in such a unique way. Being an artist with a large following I've found my best and most unique work to be directly connected with healthy eating, meditation and being a state of non-thinking flow. Your book 'Don't Believe Everything You Think' being original tells be it's not an intellectual understanding but an experiential way of choosing to be in this world. And from this state of being you have created art. Power to you and your creative inner strength, thank you for sharing your work with us all.

  • I had a really rough time last year. I just cant stop to think and create unpleasent scenarios in my head. When i finally had something like a comeback i developped chronic pain in the pelvis, which threw me right back to an even worse place. Im dealing with the pain now for 8 months and just can't get my mind to relax and to just live for the moment. My mindset can change 10 times the day, depending on what ideas my brain is producing.

  • I can not thank you enough. I have read a million self help books. This one nailed it for me. It made so much sense and you have made it all so simple. My only problem it seems, is overthinking. I have recognised the things in life that make me overthink so I can control them better. Social media is one thing I have had to get rid of. Thankyou again for solving my complicated issue with a really simple solution. Blessings to you.
