Thanks. People who post comments like this are pretty much the only useful people in youtube comment areas.
Ariel Cobol Thank you sir.
Touche Ariel Cobol, and, yes, thank you,Igor Imbu
I love you Igor-senpai.
deydey23 Thank you, sir/madam/creature
The scream after 14:25 ...MARRRRY MEE! hahah.. he is super good
14:26 the devil asks James to marry him
lol hahahaha it was me. jk
+Anna Guaita Crespo hahahahah
+Anna Guaita Crespo hahahahahaha so funny!
+Anna Guaita Crespo This comment made me laugh so hard
KKKKKKKK
I'm pretty sure that when he says that "he can do better than that" at the beginning of I Never Learnt to Share it's actually because he loops that part for the whole song and people screamed really loud when they recognized the song. He's so goddamn adorable.
Indie Rice I'm not sure because I saw him live last week and people screamed as well on that song, maybe even louder, but he didn't start the loop over again. He did stop at the beginning of a song but it was "Limit To Your Love" which has no loop, so I guess he just felt he hadn't sang that part of the song the right way for the loop to flow
+Indie Rice Naw it's cause he clammed on a couple of those notes. Since he loops it through the whole song he had to get it right, or at least closer.
Lol, 43:39 - watch some guy struggling with how deeply in love with James Blake his girlfriend is.
+Jake Hiorns i have never identified with someones girlfriend more. I legit decided i wanted to marry him after listening to his first album all the way through and having no clue what he looked like.
+Jake Hiorns nice
+Prava Couture same!! I didn't know who he was when I first saw him live last year but holy shit i think he stole everyone's hearts in the crowd
+Jake Hiorns Hahaha, cutest thing ever.
Much respect to James Blake. I've been lucky enough to see him in a small club in Leeds back in 2010, then at a bigger gig in London, then at Glastonbury. My two cents worth are that I agree with the whole "you have to be there" notion of being able to fully appreciate and enjoy his music live. Thats the short version. I'd encourage anyone to see him if they get a chance to. The slightly longer version is that various reasons, be it nostalgic memories or other, I'd say I preferred seeing him in a smaller, more intimate venue, where as at Glastonbury, although it was great to see him and I was happy that he got the recognition he deserved/had so many people enjoy his music, it was an odd atmosphere. I enjoy his music best when at home with the surround sound up. Its music that makes me think, not music that makes me drink. As nice as small intimate gigs are, I get that there is more money in larger gigs, and if thats what it takes to keep this guy making music, so be it.
Best haircut's Ever!!!
Credits to ''Shut the fuck up''-guy - 59:16
The lights were spot on, hardly ever see that
So James's lighting op operates the lights live with the band. It's like having a 4th member, its all operated live which is really rare these days, but it makes the difference.
Shoutout to the person who screamed,"MARRY ME!" 😂😂
+Niki Jhonson I heard "VEEERY BIG" wat :)
+Niki Jhonson lol
Thank you for introducing me to a new way to thank a person in english :) Russia
The first 7 minutes are incredible..................................................
whats the name of the song at this minute?
The Universe First song is Air & Lack Thereof
The Universe Second is CMYK. It ends at 7:50.
Ludovic Capillon nah second is CYMK
to those who say the performance is 'boring' - it's totally different when you're there. it's very good, it feels really intimate.
neantibi, how anyone can think he is boring, they don't know his music well enough to appreciate him.
I think people just confuse “boring” with “toned-down”. James Blake isn’t the type to scream into the mic and jump around the stage to get the crowd pumped up. His music and persona is very relaxed and smooth like butter. Maybe people who didn’t listen to his music thought they were going to a Pitbull concert or something.
VOYEUR OMG, THIS VERSION IS LIT
came here after years just to watch voyeur, best version ever!!!!!
"To the Last" was performed absolutely flawlessly!
Better said, this was preformed flawlessly to the last

Thank you very much!
i'm so mad i have not seen this man live yet. GODDAMN. JUST UGH.
gahhhh the opening song was sooo turntttt
'Like a waterfall in slow motion' exactly James, we don't want your singing to end.
the last song was the best. it didn't feel like at all for the crowd, it felt like he needed to do it, almost like a compulsion. that's a real artist.
When he started Overgrown, I lost it.
My heart beats faster everytime I watch they performed Life Round Here live.... The strange beat makes me afraid that they would make a mistake lol.... I wonder what they feel
An incredible set. One of my favourite live recordings actually, really well edited and gorgeous in terms of composition. Had the chance to see him live in Manchester a few days ago but had to pass because of university scheduling, such a shame. :(
only shame is you placing university above seeing James Blake perform magic live.
Tell me about it.
***** Totally agree!:) Have seen him live twice or three times now I think, but this concert is better than the ones I have seen, in terms of audience, lighting and overall performance:).
I was there!!! ❤️
the best live performance of the era.
jesus christ this is amazing
beautiful, beautiful set!!!
Omg my dreams

素晴らしい世界観
The way he said "Thank you" was antique.
OMG!
So many huge artists are from Enfield. Adele, Amy Winehouse, James Blake.... Many more.... This place breeds some serious talent.
Rretrogade is the greatest thing I've ever heard
His voice sings to my soul Good Gawd lololol 💓💓💓💓💓🔈🔈🔈🔈🔈
That "MAAAARRRYY MEEE" 14:25
MARrY ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I almost fell out of my chair when they dropped into that reggae beat at 18:26.
its dubstep
+almanoia I don't see it haha. It's a mellow beat with a piano. It has a reggae styling to me. :)
+Redd Vlogs It's just oldschool dubstep, heavily influenced by dub music from the Caribbean (that's where you hear the reggae). If you want more of this you can try listening to old Skream, The Others (Africa), Leofah or Digital Mystikz. A lot of electronic music that was made in the UK before 2007/2008 had that bass heavy dub feel to it.
+almanoia More like dub.
+Redd Vlogs Dub have his root in reggae too so you are not wrong at some point. Dub came out when peoples like King Tubby remixes reggae with a down tempo and added strong reverb and delay to the instruments. :)
i don't understand how this video would have any dislikes
The way he ended this was dope
39:00 Life Round Here 43:10 Retrograde
GEEENERAAAALL.... ACCKKBAAAAR...
Awesome photgraphy
hermoso sonidos
public there was hipnotized, havent heard this one before
Anyone else see the drummer disappear at 47:07??
DAYUM.
James Blake and flume should make a track together for real.
+Arturo Aguilar Fuck me up
Naaaah Flume would dumb it down
They're music is both really good, but lyrically James Blake thrives in a way that could either throw off Flume's sound, or really turn into something great. Either way they're both good artists.
if flume can make dope tracks with chet faker, he'll be just fine with james blake.. that would be a sick colab tho
@@sambreathwick964ignorant take.
To the last 😳
1:01:31 ahaha. "Cormac? CORMAC?"
I wish he would come to the Chicago Pitchfork Music Festival...
He is a king like me you are moore like a brother
Amazing live performance however the audience trying to clap in the final song practically gave me a panic attack... he's clearly on stage thinking 'stop fucking clapping, i'm trying to stay in time' as well as the guy at 59:16 hahaha
I've never seen him live, but I'm scared the audience is going to screw up the experience. I want some one-on-one time with this dude, private concert. I would cry throughout the whole thing.
haha a one on one concert is literally my wet dream
+Samuel Morse not really sure why you're so angry mate, I wasn't trying to offend anyone
28:07 the james blake effect
I would marry that voice... thick and satiny, warmth in the winter and shade in the summer, ne'er a lonely hour (see what I did there?)
Kinda wish there weren't so many pre-recorded things from the album showing up (extra synths, vocals, etc). It's like 90% live, he could give another musician or two some work and pull that shit off 100%. Edit: Before someone says I'm talking about live loops, I'm not - check Retrograde for an extra synth and a backing vocal at the end during "we're alone now."
when he played in field day this year he said the show is 100% live, i truly believe in god
hmm, maybe my ears and/or eyes deceive me here?
I actually chatted to the band a while back and they said it's only fun because it's 100% live. Like everything is performed / triggered / looped by someone at some point.
when did you talk to them? i'm so jealous...
Bar in Berlin about 3 years ago. Nice guys.
measurements oh my god
Retrograde was perfect
59:17 - "Shut the fuck up"
I wish to experience one of his performance one day, with some Molly
James goes dumb in this one love it
The real deal....
Not one of his better performances by far, it felt a little flat overall but the genius was still there! I liked how they kept jamming 'Voyeur' out that was the highlight I think. Also nice shirt James :)
James, please, trying to get an essay done.
Ahhhh yeah, have missed you dearly James! P.s have the freaky voices always been part of CMYK??
They always have been apart of it. Watch his live pitchfork performing of CMYK.
Dozer355 Okay just couldn't remember if they were there when I saw him live....think I have just got used to the studio version! Thanks :)
Does anyone knows which hi hat Ben uses?
Apparently, live theres too much bass. It depends of the place too, I guess. I want to see him live goddamn.
14:27 LOL
At what time is life round here?
who knows the title of the last song? Please let me know! Thanx, solange...
