Amazon will run out of them now that you've reviewed it
This is so true. There is a channel called We all juggle knives and anytime he positively reviews a budget friendly blade, either the price jumps or it's sold out in a few days.
@@andrewmcgibbon9785 thats the way w all the budget items i see on here , so ill just continue to make the ones i like myself ,
And they are sold out
I've bought worse knives that cost a lot more. Would make a nice little back up knife to throw in a pack. It's a shame it doesn't come with a sheath or I'd actually buy one.
If you're just going to keep it as backup, you could make a sheath out of cardboard and duct tape. Would work fine.
@@ogivecrush True - or making a taco-style or even two-piece Kydex sheath for something so small but with a shape like this would be dead simple. I like neck knives and probably already have more than I need but could see making a Kydex sheath with an included ferro rod holder and setting it up with one of those really small, flat "Photon" lights (I have those with one or two of my neck knives) and having a pretty decent little setup.
My suggestion, make a simple horizontal carry leather sheath that looks like an eye glasses case. It would take about an hour.
Sadly, that knife is ten times better than the 80s Rambo knives we all had as kids.
Thanks for keeping an open mind and giving us an honest and comprehensive review.👍👍👍
Thanks Bryan, hardly believe this knife did so well, but facts are facts. Love the Chuck Norris facts always.
Once again you have clearly shown that "price" and quality are two entirely different things. One of my favorite true life stories is way back in the day when was young and my body could still take it I went on a deep woods camping trip with a group of people. One guy spent the first two days bragging about how expensive his kit was, according to him that meant it was all high quality and he was going to be smoothing it. Long story short on day three it started to absolutely pour down rain. His tent started leaking. The wind came up and collapsed said tent, eventually blowing it clean away. I took pity on him and let him into my army surplus $25 heavy duty and perfectly dry tent. Suddenly he didn't have anything else to brag about. You can find a sheath anywhere for just a few buck. Nice little knife. Thanks for showing it to us.
The knife did what you wanted and that's all that matters. Nice hat!!
Did you know any Putty Knife can be sharpened to be a very good knife?! Whether stiff or flexible they are indestructible, cheap and versatile. Scrape, baton, pry, cut, spread, clear leaf litter quickly - get one and try it!
I don't know how you can go wrong with a $4 knife. $4 won't even buy you lunch at McDonald's. My completely subjective opinion is that it's butt ugly. I'm sure others might think it's the cat's meow. I do like that the tip comes around almost perpendicular to the centerline of the blade. That would make it a good blade for skinning an animal. The size is nice. You could make a leather pouch for carrying it that would be similar to an eye glasses case that you can wear horizontal on your belt.
Good review. Any knife is better than no knife. Buy 5 and salt them throughout trunks, packs, coat pockets, etc. Thank you.
I agree! Glove box, packs, and the kids with smaller hands would have an easier time with this. Honestly, I think I'd carry a small sharpener with it...
@@dragonslayer7587 agreed. The one thing this test was missing was edge retention. And considering the type of steel, carrying a sharpener is definitely a good idea.
The ribbon sealed the deal for me!! Ha...Ha, I could not stop chuckling.
I collect Tops, and RMJ Tactical, but I love this channel so much. I’ll watch any review. 10:01
This seems like a good knife to teach the kids with as they have smaller hands. As a woman, my hands aren't all that large, but my husbands hands were HUGE. I don't see this for him, but at this price, I'm grabbing a couple for the grandkids, and perhaps next camping trip, we will try them out! Thanks, as always, great video!
Good review Brian, thanks for sharing YAH bless !
Way to put the Trolls in their place! 😂. I like more quality knives and pay for quality. I don’t feel like anything you’ve tested is out of my budget.
Thanks 👍
May you gotta find an old belt to make a belt sheath for
Slightly better steel than 420.
You are the hickock45 of knife reviews, love it!
One of my Grandkids gave me a similar Camillus knife that has turned out to be a great small fixed blade. Had to have been in the same price range. Go figure.
A wise man once said to me "Beware the individual that knows the price of everything and the value of nothing..."
Oh Bryan, your Chuck NORRIS facts are SO FUNNY !!! 😁 😄 😀 Cheers Mate 👍 👍 👍
Great find. Thanks for the video!
Not bad. If it had a sheath I would buy it. Maybe I will learn to make a sheath and still buy one. Being that sharp it really needs one.
I think I’d rather trust my survival to my old Swiss Army knife than to that thing.
I would like one as a back up in my bob for light duties
Gotta love those cheapies !
For $7 and change you can get the WorkForce knife which comes with a sheath. Just a heads up. Thank you, for considering those us us who’re on the poorer side these days.
Great Job!! It's nice to see what you will come wiyh next. May you and yours be safr, well and happy. Regards
That was fun to watch
Good video. It can be a hard to find an affordable knife that is also good.
It would be better than nothing for sure.
Cool
Dang. It's sold out
Ive spent more on walmart knives that couldnt pass your first. Hell, $4 id buy it
Not a bad little knife at twice the price.
Gone.
A review I think you have the best KZhead channel on KZhead for information as far as the Turning goes you need to know the links of your equipment and what they can do and can't do that way you know what you have to survive with
Thanks
You or getting old your thought on the 12 inch ontario machetes
And it's sold out
I would like to see your opinion on the 16-inch East wing axe
Stay tuned ;-)
Makes a person wonder just how over priced some of the survival knives out there are. BTW This knife is listed on Amazon as "Currently unavailable".
Bro you couldn't find anything cheaper😂😂😂
Looks like a good non-expensive 🔪
My AMZN doesn't show that particular knife; your link shows it as "Unavailable"... Too bad, I really liked the looks of it...
I guess it sold out. Hard to believe my videos could have that effect.
Well, many people must have seen your video! The knife is not available anymore 😄
For the record, I’ve never settled your hash on price. That being said, I am a cheapskate, but hard pass on the 5Cr. Everyone likes to hate on 8Cr, but the truth is, it’s a serviceable, budget stainless steel. But every 3Cr and 5Cr blade I’ve ever had is just garbage. I’ll take 440C over that stuff. Go check out Gideon’s Tactical for a recent review on a real bushcraft blade for $20. Five times the price, but 50 times the blade. And it comes with a sheath!
It's a good knife it just needs a sheath
Who cares about the knife? I want some of that ribbon!!
i like it ,lol amazon is out of them now,
SOLD OUT! 😢
I get a big kick out of ur videos… Btw, have you ever won some kind area-wide knife throwing competition?
But Can you baton with it? Don't forget that subgroup 😅
I did
Out of stock now
we broke Amazon ;-)
4-30-2024.....Amazon is SOLD OUT. GG.
Name or brand?
So how would I get a sheeth
Make one.
please tell me what is going on with your watch/watchband?
What do you mean?
🇺🇸
How about cheapest knife from Walmart you would trust ?
The “trust” factor might mean I’d have to go through a bunch of knives and a lot of money to figure that out ;-)
Looks more like a skinning knife.
In UK this knife is unavailable and may not be again ,so it’s ok to buy this knife if you’re not in the UK well done Amazon another reason not to buy from your company
Out of stock as of 5 3 2024
Thank you, Brian! The price is pretty low but price is *not* the most important aspect, at least to me. As far as price is important I'd just buy a Morakniv. I've bought a few Moras & so far so good. I even use a Mora or 2 for 'woodworking', if you can call it that. I've bought 2 "Morakniv Craftline Basic 511 High Carbon Steel Fixed Blade Utility Knife(s)" . I *think* the 1st was $10.99, the 2nd was $11.99, amazon's current price is $11.68. So for 3X the $4 "cheapest" you can get a really good Morakniv. WITH a sheath (which may be worth the extra $8). I filed the backs of the blades to make 'em 'squared off' (w/ 90° edges for ferro rods) edge. So I 'recommend' you just buy a Mora.
Good review. I'd keep a grip of those knives around as just in case blades. There are hundreds of uses for something of this size and quality. It is unfortunate that they claim sheath when there is none but, realistically, 3.99 for a fixed blade AND a sheath, would concern me more. Unfortunately it looks like they sold all 6 that were in production.
Hi, my dear friend🤚 Thanks for the beautiful and very powerful sharing🌹🌹 Great filming🌹 Obviously, a lot of work went into the editing❤❤ Thank you for taking the time to provide so much value to your audience🌹❤❤🌹 so like👍129
you over paid.
You apparently can't access the American Hatmakers website without giving them both your email address AND your phone number. No thanks!
You don’t have to do that. All you have to do is close the pop-up ad that comes up. Those annoy me too.
@@SurvivalOnPurpose Another troll I suspect:)
