I think it would be a good idea to use the hanging grass with berries that glow thing that you can find in lush caves to lighten up the cave a bit

If you haven't guessed already, it's been raining more in 1.18 because, back in 1.17 and lower, it pretty much only rained when you didn't sleep. Each time you slept, it reset the chance of rain to it's lowest amount, meaning you could play for 100's of days and not get any rain at all. They changed this in the 1.18 update by stopping sleeping from resetting the timer, so, it rains as much as it's "supposed too" now.
You could use that copper for good use, make a copper rod to attract lighting strikes to it and prevent them from hitting the ballon, just in case
It would not be fun to have the balloon destroyed

for the light in the cave under the hole, you could put some glowstone with some moss carpet on top so it doesn't really show, if you want to conceal it
@RedKnightC i live in a cave and i try that exact same method but it looks bad bc the torch gives particle effects that goes trought the carpet so what i end up doing was put lanterns instead of torches

@@kalphadraige8229 my point was mostly to have light at ground level and hiding it, you'd need pretty long glow berry vines to reach the same result at ground, but yes it is an option for the ceiling I'd say

Wow! That entrance looks amazing! Also I have an idea for the light problem! You could make floating crystals with glow stone or sea lanterns in them to make your cave look mythical and still gets rid of mobs! I hope you like my idea and or use it!

12:26 must be the shaders. Sheep actually do retain their color on their wooly bits when sheared (and the only reason I know this is because i remember one of Stampy’s mini games being broken by the update that did this, because the game involved keeping track of sheep colors after they had been sheared)
I think it’s just a discrepancy between Java and Bedrock. As far as I know, sheep don’t retain their wool colour when sheared on Java but they do on bedrock (i.e. the version Stampy plays) Also I remember that stampy sheep game. Wild times
Kolani, here's a suggestions for light: Couple the drip stone with glowstone or any other light source when you're making the bottom of the floating chunk, and in the underground cave, use the glow vine that had fruit on it

in 12:25, bedrock actually has that feature on sheep! where if you dye a sheep a certain colour, and then shear it, the remaining pixel details stay that colour! :))

I just did some calculation, that balloon definitely is not able to lift the cover up, even if the bottle cap is hollow. Just not enough air to displace for lift; maybe you need to add some jet engine and use the balloon as the fuel tank.

I just think y’all would benefit from this advice: when making a large/hard to build thing, 1. grab a piece of graph paper 2. sketch an overview of the thing on the graph paper (can be very messy) 3. fill in the squares over the lines of the sketch 4. congrats you got a blueprint for a Minecraft build

Hey kolanii, you can use shroomlight blocks and replace it with the grass blocks then cover them with moss carpets this way you can remove the torches and your cave will be lit properly which might also help you feel less like a guest lol

I have some advice, next time you use a donkey to go places and collect stuff, you can add a chest to the donkey and have more storage for wheat. Hope it helps!
use a bit of vines and moss for it to get a "drippier" look and also, in the middle of the elevated chunk, build 1 big hanging dripstone
