I love your My Summer Car animations. Planning on doing another one?

If the legs of a LEGO figure are flipped 180 degrees while the body remains facing forward, the figure appears to be walking backward. The orientation of the legs determines the direction of movement, and when reversed, it creates the impression of walking in the opposite direction, despite the body facing forward, the reversed legs give the visual cue of backward motion. LEGO figures are designed to maintain a consistent appearance, so alterations to the leg perscisioning can influence the percivedd direction of movement, providing aspect to the characters stance and creating different storytelling possibilities.

The teleport animation has to be my favorite. It’s really cute and spirally. Holding the pieces at odd angles and the little attention to detail like wobbling is really fun.
3:10 I was thinking more of the blur effect… with the fast one.. but? Ok whatever
Cool video. I just started my new lego stop-motion channel with mostly satisfying lego. These techniques especially the blur was helpful.
For the record: I ADORE that all the puppeteering rigs and armatures were made from Lego, as well. The one in the Back Flip made me happier than it should have. ^_^;

The LEGEND has returned!!🔥🔥
As soon as I saw the balloons I thought "how are the pops going to be animated, which part will be used?" And you nailed it. Perfect, the red flower/leaf/tuft pieces work perfectly
😂It's so satisfying just like Tyler said
Just an idea but how about impact frames, having a mini figure super speed, and punch punch, swap out the background and minifig with a black and white minifig and a black background,!then swap back to normal animation with smear frames. Might look cool!
WOW! This is an epic set of tutorials! Subscribed and Liked! 😆
Another idea for the super speed one, just don't move the minifig except to take it out of frame. It'd be moving so fast we can't see it

I used to use strings to hold figures in the air
4:02 will KZhead use this one day
Since you rotated the legs and not the upper body, the legs are backwards bit the rest is forwards, so if the upper half is going the way the head faces at a neutral state, the mini fig is going forward.
Bro, its a really nice animation.
Respect that you do i love it
You did this really well,Keep Up the good work!

Animate a snow storm with a minifigure being pushed by the storm
7:11 The answer to the question, is in fact walking forwards. The illusion of the minifigure walking with legs/torso rotated 180 degrees, is in fact true. This happens because we are most likely used to the normal minifigure walking animation. Which is why we think that the minifigure is walking backwards. So, really. To sum it all up: The minifigure is meant to have a very consistent angle of and body part they may have. The illusion is in fact true. More explanations: Mose minifigures made out of Lego is meant to have a consistent, very memorable shape. So, if you turn ANY body part of a minifigure 180 degrees, you'll end up with an illusion that is hard to understand. Which, in fact, means that Lego's minifigures are not symmetrical (another way of saying what I just explained). Really, if you even turn a Lego minifigure's body part ever so slightly (if you even can), you will end up with the same result. You'll end up with an illusion that is hard to understand at first. Really, if you just see the illusion, you *might* be a little bit confused. But after close inspection, you will eventually end up by saying: "This minifigure is walking forwards." The human brain can only process things requiring at least second to compute. Illusions are pictures/videos that is hard to compute at first or can't be computed at all. This type of illusion is the 'Hard to compute' one. Requiring close inspection and a few seconds or minutes to compute. Others may be a 'Can't be computed at all' type. Where it _can't be computed at all._ The human brain might need some time to inspect ANY image whatsoever. Because we just aren't used. A good example of the human brain doing something fast is: When you are scrolling through some shorts, you will take 2.5 seconds to compute whether you would like to watch it, or not watch it and skip. Which is usually why we aren't really used to these 'inspections'. Because the human brain tends to do things really fast. Fun fact: Your neurons can travel faster than the world's fastest athlete, and the world's fastest athlete can travel up to 27.8mph! So really, illusions are just photos or videos that tests your inspection time on the photo/video. Illusions can define whether you can even inspect it at all, or you paid close attention to the photo/video. So, the answer is... Walking forwards. Thank you for reading my long inspection and data.
This was one of your best videos. Keep up the good work!
