They’re a spent force. Nick Clegg sold them down the river, they hounded out Tim Farron then Ed Davey’s apparent indifference to the battle of the sub-postmasters with the Post Office hammered in the final coffin nail
Yet they got an increase of well over a hundred councillors and are forecast to get another 40 seats extra st next election. Don't sound finished to me. Voters have short memories and will vote anyone to get rid of the tories.

Everyone talks about the NHS problems as just a shortage of staff. The truth is around a year ago when my partner had a seizure, when the ambulance got her to the hospital there was plenty of staff to look after her but they had to do it in the back of the ambulance because there was no bed available! I was born in that very hospital, in this town I've lived in all my life and I can tell you that despite the town's population vastly increasing during my lifetime that the town's one hospital is the same as it was those 47 years ago. My point is you can have all the NHS staff you could ever want but that's not much use if all they are staffing is the same hospital their predecessors staffed half a century ago with no extra capacity and there's still only the one hospital in the whole town despite the town's population doubling. Where are all those extra staff going to treat people next? In the car park?
