    • I imagine he was. I'm an somewhat serious competitive distance runner and I can pretty comfortably maintain a 7 minute mile (4:20 km) pace for much longer than a 5k. And I'm not at all unique. My friends who run in college can pretty comfortably maintain 6:30 pace for the same distances.

  • This video's editing structure is incredible. Like a whole movie. Spoilers: The protagonist is at the pinnacle of failing towards the end, with flashbacks of him struggling (lol).   • Everyone's talking about the pacemaker and other people who helped him along the journey. That's true, those guys deserve a lot of credit, but so does KSI. I'm not saying he had good intentions, I'm saying if he hadn't done this callus might not have done so well or he might have not even tried to break the record. Some people (I repeat, some) sometimes work better when they're being mocked, kind of like it's a challenge. I remember being made fun of by my classmates back in high school because my mouth was always open. It really hurt my feelings, but I ended up fixing that problem, and in a weird way, I appreciate what they did. Although, I wouldn't do that to other people, friends or not, at least that's how I'd like to think I am.
