Mako shark is on my bucket list. Same as a mullaway and a kingfish.

Thata a grander my friend. You found one of the rarest species to float the ocean. The girth of it and the size tell all there is. A legendary fish right there

Where do you go to get a Mako shark sighting

Anywhere on the continental shelf off Sydney, all the way to Portland (VIC) and of course Tasmania!

for all we know this shark probably isn’t even rare considering the ocean is such a huge and scary place and only 5% of it has been explored

you skipped the hook removal process..not very.educational...Great..its a circle.hook..now.get a pair of needle nose pliers , reach into the water and.carefully twist the hook from the Jaw of the mako..step 2 shoot shark, and remove pliers and arm from stomach of mako
