Hello KZhead, hope it helps on how to replace your battery when it died down. Simple DIY that would save you the hustle in going to shops or casa just to replace the Key Fob Battery.
By the way, the battery that I used here is Maxwell 2025. Just make sure that you buy the original batteries as there are a lot of fake items on the market.
Now question is how to spot a fake vs. a original? What I found out is that by searching here on KZhead every year, KZheadrs has the top batteries and instructions on how to determine the original against fake items. Best to do your research as well.
Tip:
1. Buy spare batteries that can be left at home, car, office, so just in case of a emergency, you have a spare right way.
2. When removing battery the orientation just place it on to the desk as your reference later on when installing.
3. Be careful, don't damage any part of the key fob.
4. Batteries are readily available, just buy it on trusted shops.
