You do realize that non-police persons can do more because of the various state and federal laws that bind the abilities of various entities.

  • They do have a point: We need a show that can focus attention on internet presence. We already did a lot of show in physical evidence(silent witness, CSI), psychological profiling(Criminal minds), and even specific types of crime, but I do not know any mainstream one about digital evidence.

    • @@RichardX1 I mean, I understand it can be a very tricky thing, considering in cybercrimes you would not have too much human interaction. I guess an idea is to be like normal CSI, with a background guy that give further information and shows how the process of obtaining digital evidence works.
