Hello Friends!
lwashed an incredible carpet today. This was the first time l saw a carpet actually rotting. l was surprised to find a usable carpet still under this layer of dirt and rot.

Some of these comments are wild, people wonder how carpets get this bad but don't take into consideration that sometimes they are recycled from dumps or recovered from natural disasters like mudslides or floods.

Great job! I really enjoy watching. I have one suggestion only, i may, did you consider to make a drain channel on the upper side by the barrels, so you don't need to wash away the dirt every time as it can flush on it's own?

First a layer of pink chalk sludge then a layer of brown or gray chalk sludge making a multicolored slurry runoff. Nice! What else goes into the making of a beyond believable dirty rug?

Im thinking sometimes folks might leave it on their backyard and then there was a flood? Maybe a basement and there was a bursted pipe?

Where do you all live that 1. It costs less to clean a rug like this than just replace it with a new one, and 2. That the normal foot traffic gets rugs this filthy???

Its really importamt that where you clean is a nice tidy place, drain is so dirty and not a good sight to see poo area
TBF I would imagine that the drain would be cleaned after the video otherwise it would start to smell quite badly. We didn’t see the drain before he started wetting the rug and letting the dirty water flow into it so it may well have been spotless prior to that.

He actually has videos of him cleaning his drains so pretty sure his drain was clean before he started working on the dirty carpet ‘hints’ to why the drain looks dirty now 😒

A potential solution to that would be to install equipment that could filter the waste water so you could recycle it for the same purpose later on. Like it wouldn't ever be used as drinking water, it would just be used for this.
