Vogue spends the day with Jimin of BTS in New York City as he prepares to perform on the Jimmy Fallon Show. Jimin's Fallon appearance comes on the heels of the release of his new song, "Like Crazy," which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making Jimin the first South Korean solo artist to reach the top of the charts.
While perusing a local record shop before rehearing in Times Square, Jimin talks about his anticipated debut solo record, FACE, and gets into what it’s like performing without his BTS bandmates.

  • I love how Jiminie's personality shines through in this video - gentle and delicate with his soft smile and cute lisp, but also lively and mischievous with his jokes and gestures. And you can always feel the underlying strength and determination. Releasing this album and telling his innermost personal story, all alone for the first time, must have been a daunting experience. I feel very privileged that we get to experience this incredible artist at such a pivotal point in his career and his life.
