It was the codename the special vehicle team at Ford used for it in 2002 when they got in trouble for releasing a "320" hp cobra but it was actually around 270 280 so they started work on this monster advertising 380hp but when the consumers started dynoing them they were coming in at 420 430 hp which SVT later stated we'll never be accused of misleading hp number again. That is the loudest supercharger i've ever heard, AND I LOVE IT.
It was the codename the special vehicle team at Ford used for it in 2002 when they got in trouble for releasing a "320" hp cobra but it was actually around 270 280 so they started work on this monster advertising 380hp but when the consumers started dynoing them they were coming in at 420 430 hp which SVT later stated we'll never be accused of misleading hp number again. Aka the 320hp wasnt wheel hp numbers. Thank you for listening to my ted talk.
