I have been looking for this and the only thing I could remember was the aesthetic of the music video and the fact that multiple people was on the track. Suddenly someone on Reddit mentioned it and I had to check if it was what I was looking for. Two seconds in and it brought me right back to when I was 11 years old, watching it on TV all the time.
