Then again, what we're seeing now is much worse because there's no corporal punishment in schools, so there are some kids nowadays that think they're bad asses before they've even been tested. If they brought CP back, I can guarantee you'd see a change overnight, especially with youth on youth crime.

I wouldn’t trust those wall screws, out, upgrade to something safer, imagine one of those coming loose , the screw would be a projectile attached to that elastic band and could put an eye out and other bad things

Bah, kids don’t need to have every corner padded. We tied a round parachute to my red wagon when I was 5. 40 mph winds in Nevada. I had a blast, ride of my life. And so much safer than the electric chair we made with the lawn mower. This kid slingshot is harmless.

I predict a child with a broken leg or worse within 12 months. Those worthless plastic drywall anchors are not rated for anything besides hanging pictures. No, I don't care about the lies the manufacturer puts as their marketing tool. Take that down. Install it into studs or at least use toggle bolts. They won't last forever but will last until the cold outgrows the swing. Most likely.
