Finally. Ghille never made an in depth one. I love the starling and I’ve semi mastered it, but still have those crashes every once in a while.

@TheCephallic-RR ive done the second one but, for the first one its not what you think. The moguls turret isnt all that powerful vs mk2s, one time me and my buddy were in ours and a random unupgraded mk2 flew at us and tried to use the stock mgs on us (an extremely rare sighting i know!) but we had a long but honorable dogfight... And I really mean it took a long time to light him up... So imagine how much a pain itd be if it was a dodgy griefer with rockets

Starling has been my go to in pvp aircraft I did a glitch to store it in my terrorbite (sold mk2) and I use her for all sorts of scenarios One you should mention is how the starling at a steep angle can dodge the orbital cannon

Starling is one of those vehicles where you do t even have to be exceptionaly good to be extremely dangerous. But if you are exceptionaly good, you basicaly become invincible
I’d kinda disagree, the lack of an explosive cannon means you have to consistently stay behind someone to kill them whereas a hydra lazer or a skilled b11 can kill you if you’re in front of them for under a second
That's so right in some cases I just feel untouchable it's just so good
You messed up one part of the vid you forgot to mention you actually have to be a good at flying for all this power of the startling to show it's true potential

Unique aircraft, I like anything different. Most players would probably buy the Hydra for the same price. I recently bought the Hydra myself for it's usefulness in VIP with vertical take off and landing. However, I do plan to buy this Starling for it's individuality.

I bought this and was shocked at how tiny it was, I thought it was the cutest thing. Was practicing all evening with it, not good with machine guns, especially on PC. I bought this because some mk2 guy was camping on the tallest skyscraper and I couldn't take him out. Not good at sniping and he hid until I tried getting an air vehicle which he would shoot down. I later realized he was in godmode when my stromberg made mincemeat of his mk2 and he wouldn't die.

just bought this thing as a newer player, the starling is as good as its pilot and is the vehicle with the highest skillcap, meaning that if youre a good starling pilot you beat most, but if youre bad you die very often, and in the small 2 day difference of learning i already noticed a big power difference
Easily best dogfighter in the game. Rockstar did well on it because it's also one of the hardest to learn so you are rewarded for putting the time in.
What is also best to do while dogfighting with the Starling is, as you said in of your guides, is to shoot the pilot out of the opponent jet

When you see something that makes the starling sooo beautiful and deadly that you want to use it again. This was a very epic video that showed soooooo much in a short time period. I've dog fighted many starlings in my b11 and walked away with not even a scratch so i still think the B11 is the superior dog fighter, I do love the starling though.
The b11 has the best turning radius out of all aircrafts

@@angelicdemise6224 alright so I can out turn a b11 very easily in my laser. But it is significantly harder to out manoeuvre a starling. It is smaller target and has a much smaller turning radius, but it is “less manoeuvrable”?
Definetely a must buy for greifers. They try to shoot you but the boost gets.you to high ground first

this thing really shines when used against tryhards. Hitting epople with missiles can be really hard. Just learn how to master the bombs. FOr carpets hold A on xbox but its better to release 1 bomb becuase you can drop it instantly. Bombs have a much bigger splash damage so its quite easy to hit targets with. Just choose a player fly quite low above him and look if the bomb lands before or behind him ,adjust your aim and try again
Step one- get an airplane that has a reticle in the nose mounted mode- Step two- go into the nose mounted mode, put a small piece of tape on the reticle, and draw a dot over the reticle. Congratulations, you now have a nose mounted reticle for the starling(and yes, I did do this, and it works really well)

The Starling seems neat, but I’m terrible at handling it. I can’t destroy a single ground target without having to use up all the ordinance. 💀 Wish there was a mode to practice all the military craft. I’m good with basic flying, just lacking in combat. San Lorenzo try turning on first person hood view. It makes it a lot easier to kill people with forward facing weapons when you use it.
U just need practice, it’s very effective against ground, just stall right on top of their blip on the mini map , then your choice to spam rockets or try a precise shot
The lazer in the hands of someone that has more brains than money is unstoppable I. Dogfights as you need one little burst of the explosive cannons to take out anything me personally I think all planes should have to option for explosive cannons on all jets so your jet that you paid for is better than the stolen lazer from fort zancudo

Yeah you right about that but only one thing it depends on he / she gamer that knows how to take it out I know people like making videos which weaponized vehicle is the best right
The only thing that I dont like about the Starling is the landing... No.1 You need a long-ass runway to land it and No.2 If you do manage to land it, alot of the time you wont be near the place you need to be e.g hangar entrance and since the Starling is slow af without its boost, it would take you an eternity to get to where you wanna go. If you decide to boost, you probably wont be able to stop I'm time and will have to take off and start again
Still the only vehicle I really use to this day and I can dominate pretty much a whole lobby in one.

The starling is super hard to start flying, but I think it’s better than even a hydra or laser when mastered. I love killing people with the starling, and the best part is, I usually catch tryhards off guards when dive bombing them because they don’t expect the missiles

Tbh the only thing you got to get use to is the boost if you flew the lazer quite a bit. Its nothing like getting use to the pyro or rogue

@@terry9859 It is amazing, but it takes time to get used to it. Its very agile so it can be hard to control at times and using the boost to fly is very diferent to other planes. But when you get used to it the Starling is one of the best jets in the game and its really fun too.

I've beaten starlings with my hydra. Not all the time but its possible, Pilots that say they're good and they are pretty good, but the hovermode adds so much more flexibility in dogfights!
