The worst year of my life was in 2023. My health, business, and relationships suffered in the first half of the year. But a moment of breakdown is an opportunity for breakthrough. I hope this helps someone out there.

  • I can relate. Almost died in February and just left from the vets office putting my 12 year old Aussie down. He had cancer. My sympathies and a wonderful recovery to us both!

  • Thank you so much for this video! It helped me... This year I can say I lost my two best friends. But I know I was losing them two past years. But we went to different schools and that's how I lost them. I was afraid of making new friends, cause I didn't knew how to do that. And I am still trying to learn how to do that, trying to move on.   • I lost my Father in 2023... He went in an accident by putting his bike in stand and tripped in water. His both hands had grocery items. Then me and my mom came home after my grandma's ritual. He didnt answer my calls. I jumped the walls and saw him unconscious, sleeping and snoring. He suffered like anything for 11 months. Then god decided to take my father away for life😢☹️😭

  • Since 2020, I've been through 4 bad years. In 2020, it started on the 2nd of January. 2021 was mean on my relationship due to the pandemic. Meanwhile, in June of last year, I went through a brutal out-of-body experience. It was so bad that I contemplated "ending it all". The experience happened just after my birthday. 2023..... was like 2021, but without the pandemic. This year was extremely difficult due to other people coming first before me. I wanted to embark on my independence, but my family held me back in one way or another. Anyway, I totally know how rough life can be. I cried either with my fiance or completely alone.... However, no matter how many times I cried, got shamed for it, I got back up and pushed fowards

  • I worked very very hard for my 1st year examination but i didn't get marks as good as my exams due to bad examination system. I felt bad and i broke down. Now I didn't give as much time to studies as i used to do in 1st year but this video breakthrough my break down. My family also has high hopes but there hope also broke and now their hopes are at lowest point and now after seeing this video i understood things are going to more good I believe that motivation is always inside a person.   • I agree Nas my 2023 just had some bad moments going on because there were times where I fell and it felt like I couldn’t get back up we all have been through stuff like that but I always got back up because I thought that this year had some good highlights like I graduated from fifth grade this year and it felt amazing that I’m almost done with school and a lot more stuff and no matter what situation you can always get back up - you can do whatever you set your mind to-2023-2024

  • Nasdaily its ok I also broke down in March my grandfather had died and after my grandfather's death I was having some sickness for 8 month's and I hope that in 2024 everyone will stay happy 😊😢

  • I am sorry for those things that happened, I can feel the same pain as you because of all the things that happened to me this year, but we have to stand to our feet until our last second, we have to fight until the end, we have to survive all the tough years, and there must be so much things that will make us happy, gain some inspirations from all the bad things that happened to our lives, turn the bad times into good, memorable times, the things we've been through all the years, was just beginning of our happiness and joy, never feel very sad just because of the things that gone through, Remember, God is always by our side, always remember these three words LOVE JOY HOPE because those three words, will make us even happier, we will be reunited with happiness, and nothing is impossible, if you keep on believing.

Me and my mom lost someone who was really special to us, didn't celebrated any festivals, and much more😭😢😥. But you r right this year I need to change it. Thanks for the confidence, Nas.

  • This is a real insipiring video, everyone is doing random inspiring videos on tiktok/yt shorts by just taking a random phrase and putting random things in the background, but this video is the meaning of putting yourself into something, putting your face to it. This is truly inspiring and i am sad for what happened this year to you. From the bottom of my heart I wish you, that next year will be the best of your entire life, because your content is really cool, your services are really useful and i can't stand that a person behind all of this goes in breakdown and you don't deserve it. In the description of your video you wrote "Our mission is to bring people together, and that's why we create content that does exactly that!" and you are doing it really well. keep up the work and be proud of what you do.   • Same I was in the hospital for 6 months. I couldn’t go outside so I was sad 😞 But I got out of hospital and that was the best thing ever Breakdown to breakthrough!
