One of the reasons coc will not die is because of how easy it is for returning players to get back into the game like for example the auto upgrade feature, the loot cart which basically fills their storage giving them all resources to get back into the upgrade game
It will die eventually, let's be real here. However, supercell has taken big steps in releasing pretty good content regularly in order to keep the players busy when they are working on a new one.

Didn’t mean for this to be this long. I’ve had th11 for almost 2 months now after not playing for years. I upgraded all my walls already while my huts all busy non stop. My heroes are done. All pumps and offense. Half my lab is done. Now doing defenses. If I was doing th8 years ago I wouldn’t even be this far into it in 2 months. The point I’m making is it’s almost TOO easy now. Every multiplayer attack is just 700k loot each. Star bonus, loot cart, war, cwl, clan games, cheaper everything, season thingy. All my resources have been full for days now and I have nothing to do with them lol. Btw not complaining as if it’s terrible. It’s just like it’s almost boring now

just came back from a 2-3 year or so break, and let me tell you, there was a crap ton of more things that i was able to do. it does still get a little boring after a while waiting for everything to upgrade, but the game is still fresh enough for me to keep playing. maybe thats just me, let me know what you think
Just came back from a 3 year absence myself . Although at the time 3 years ago I was so over the game . Now I wish I would had kept grinding it lol

Same here. I left when magic items were introduced due to boredom, but they have completely changed my playstyle by rewarding rushers and regulars alike. I am Rushing to Th14 next months with 2 hammers for a huge boost in CWL and then I will patiently Recover my account to max TH14. Why TH14? Because Pets take a year and a half to upgrade (520 blaze it) and I rather start as soon as possible to not miss out Competitive TH16 (If it's a thing by then). I also made an alt since my return and While it's planned on being rushed to TH15, It's very on Par with my main with only -1 levels on very building. Overall, Building accounts is very fun and easy now, Making a new account does not take ages to reach early Town hall milestones and rushing is more rewarding that basic progression is.

@@chillstoneblakeblast3172 Upgrading one of my alt accounts to Th15 rushed af but I mainly use this account for donations it has all of the siege machines maxed except the battle drill maxed yetis, drags, balloons, dragon riders, level 5 electro drags so its good donation account, going for Th15 to unlock and max the battle drill too

In 2013-14 i had a bunch of older friends near my house who introduced me to coc At the time we were all addicted to coc and we all frantically rushed our base just to flex our townhall levels, every day id get home from school then id call them on whatsApp and play clash with them till my grandma shouted at me to get off the phone. One time they made me a co-leader and i started a clan war during final exams and they all held a meeting at school and decided to exile me out from the clan After a few weeks they decided that it was time for my return and we all returned back to normal, we kept playing coc, we would buy coc trading cards and we would show them off at school. In 2015 because of my dads job transfer we had to move to the city, my friends still kept in contact with me but now our circle of friends was dwindled to 4 from 10 people because everyone got burnt out and quitted We slowly lost contact and by the time townhall 12 came out i was the only one playing the game. I never left my old clan (kuki warriors) All 10 of the original members were still there but they had been inactive for years. I started playing coc again to relive the old moments and i search for my old clan every time i can, but i cannot find it, everytime i search it either shows nothing or a completely different clan. This has no relation to the video but i just decided to write my thoughts

Seems like I'm not the only one who started in school. Back then, we made clans for different grades. Senior Secondary levels 1-3 had their respective clans. I was top 6 back then as a TH9. Now, I'm the only one who consistently plays as everyone has other things to do in life. However, I found me a clan that's like family and I've been there fore more than 5 years now. The change wasn't bad at the end.

They should add the ability to practice on your own bases like in builder base, capital peak, normal base.
Yes. Attack your own base is best way to practice more strategy that will really helpful... Nowadays i have use Clash of Magic application to do this practice
Pro tip: Have 2 accounts on the same level
thats actually a really good idea, since if you could do that you would know some flaws or some ways that you could improve your base
People might abuse this while attacking mirror bases in cwl or normal clan war

if you are struggling to find a new army then try out the practice armys the practice thing is found in the same place as the goblin map not only it tells you and teaches you new armys and how to play them,you also can get loot from them
As a player that used to use only one army I didn't expect using different strats and armies would be so fun
Making a mini-account definitely helps you not get bored of the game quickly, especially a rushed base as that can benefit your main in its own way

I've been playing Clash since 2012 when i was in the 7th grade. I'll be 23 in a month and my main has been maxed since the TH10 days. Its easy to stay maxed every update once youre caught up but it does get boring only doing wars and trophy pushing. Honestly i have plenty of alt accs to keep me busy but I still get burnt out especially with legends league. I simply just play less when it feels less rewarding and just login to collect donate and clean my yard maybe swap hero skins around to flex. But regardless Clash has become a part of life and Ive met so many online friends through clash I dont think I could ever quit. I still look forward to the holiday events most importantly the beloved clashmas trees as i have been collecting since the start. No matter how bored i get of clash i always find myself back on the grind and i love it.

The challenge feature is really underrated in clash of clans. Just spending some time with ya bois in the clan challenging eachother to 1v1’s, who can get the highest % on the others base makes it a ton more fun. It’s also a great way to experiment with what armies/defenses work!

"Oh Man" l did all of that, Sometimes when l have extra time or was bored. l will go to my level one defense account and do a friendly challenge using super dragons to see level one walls disappearing and l will do the same thing to my other Cocs, So satisfying!
Well when i was very bored, i used to insult people in global chat when it existed. You know, calling out simps, making mum jokes and inviting players into the clan and kicking them with a funny message. Those times were very golden.

I like to make my builder exercise by making him clear out a tree then running to another tree. I'll even try to make it where the countdown for the tree removal runs out of time before he gets there to actually hammer it. And then when it's cleared, I'll make the poor bastard run again by removing another tree on the other side of my base. I think this is great work out plan for my builder to keep him in peak condition.
Honestly #10 is the best one to reccomend to anybody. I use to take breaks often with school. At the start when things got busy or durring the end with all the test I couldnt really find time to play the game and when I did I was too tired to really do much. And sometimes the best time to take a break is over the summer. When you have a bunch of free time instead of trying to play it more fill your schedule or just life with more hobbies or games and just set clash down for awhile and come back to it when it sounds fun again.

To avoid boredom, I create multiple accounts each with their respective town hall levels. I started from TH 2 of course then work my up until my current TH13. Right now, I'm at TH8.

I recently started playing it again after 1.5 year break and it was my 4th and longest break since beginning. But now I have lot of stuff to do like New BH, Clan Capital, New Troops & Abilities and so on, i am really excited to grind with my All 9 IDs (Ahh! That's a lot of work to do 😩)

I used to play coc back in 2014-16 and it was super boring to play it back then. No clan games, clan wars, builder base, clan capital and not many events back then. It would be just wars and farming which would become tedious after a period of time. I came back once in 2021,played for a month n upgraded my max th9 to th10, left the acc again n came back again in 2022 Dec. It is actually fun to play coc now. Upgrade times and costs are not that much and resources can be easily acquired now than ever. I still feel bad cuz I couldn't get a gold pass n players who can get it can have advantages over f2p players but now it is more playable. Still grinding out max th10 n will enter th11 this month, can't wait for electro dragons.
Being a clan leader helps so much with not being bored of the game. It motivates me to stay interactive with my clan
When im bored in clash, i try to make a new base, but mostly give up 90% of the time
I am Playing COC Since 2012 or 2013...i have changed too many accounts bcz of my phone was not able to link with google play... that's why when update come i was playing from start i mean town hall 1... After i get new phone that is able to link google play...So i am relaxed...i was playing regularly but One after a while i was moved to my village where not internet So i was not played 3-4 years COC....but after that there is jio tower installed and i start playing again,but after PUBG come i was play PUBG and totally ignored COC but after PUBG banned 🚫 i am playing COC again but after graduation i have job So i can't play COC much, sometime i can open COC.... That's my relationship with COC... I love Clash of Clans❤️ My Favourite game ❤️ I will keep play this game forever ❤️
What is needed was an active clan which I didn't got the type which I wanted, now I am so bored of the game I don't even remember to play, so I am here to get my interest back
When I’m bored I go to the skeleton run single player map destroy the xbows then deploy and army of barbarians to fight the army of skeletons just for fun. Also when I’m bored of my normal base I try to make a fun one where I don’t focus on defense but on making it look like an actual village.
I agree with the number 1. Grinding Clan Games pts are fun because of the challenge. Not gonna lie, I even have my 4 accounts reached the 5k max points just to get the extra reward

Lol. Did my first clan games this time and reached max points easily. Don't know why you would skip such easy rewards. Anyway, the thing that keeps me in the game most is building by own bases, because I really like designing them and hoping they'll work good, and if not...I just re-design it and try again.
i always use the same army and i dont get bored, its just perfect army, i love it. The Blizzard, is so cool and perfect attacking with that army, its also easy
Came back after 5 years. I could not save my TH7 account back then so I got turned off when it regressed to th6 but after acquiring magic items, I was able to reach TH 10 in 2 months. My goal is TH 11 or 12 then I'll take another 5 year break.

When I'm bored I go look for new recruitments, I find a good attacker that's also active daily then I kick someone that isn't active and good at war, by doing this the whole clan should eventually be active and good at war attacks😅

I used a new army in clan war hogs+valk rage and heal as a new th8 and attacked th10 basically a max th9 with inferno and extra defence out of boredom and was able to get 99℅ 2 stars. That was really exciting.

To be honest I am addicted, and I almost have never gotten bored. Some things that I have done was chat with people in the clan have good covos, do silly challenges, and other stuff that would make me and others go outside their comfort zone
Base building is definitely fun, it doesnt have to be from scratch. You can copy a base you like then improve it.
Me when I'm bored: Invade a goblin base with max troops having nothing but a cannon and a hut.....invincible feels
Before christmas i tried to push legend has an hdv 11 , i got 5052 trophy , i also tried to push as th5 and got to 1400 , it don't look impressive but it put me on the world record leader board 🤩 i was the first th11 for .....2hours ....its still great !
