i actually prefer the original ultima theme compared to the one in ultimate, idk why.
I've never done an Ultimate so I can't speak from experience. With that said, I think being divorced from that allows me to appreciate what each brings to the table. The Ultimate version gives me the feeling of watching an epic tale unfolding. The original, on the other hand, is much more intense, giving me the sense that shit's about to go down. Original - Visceral Response Ultimate - Reflective That hasn't stopped the ultimate version from giving me chills, however...lol
I always got a lovecraftian vibe from this theme for some reason.
