  • Hoarding is a mental issue and as an outsider, it’s easy to express disgust or concern. I can only imagine how stressful it was for the daughter who is a victim of his dad’s hoarding and the mental toll it has had on her. And Susan, I’m glad that she finally came around and sought professional help to clean her house. RIP to her. it’s not easy, but my wish is for hoarders to have been given help and support earlier.

  • If Brian and Jake are any indicator, it appears hoarding is some kind of anti-aging elixir. Both look amazing for their respective ages 😮

  • Those ladies are heaven sent angels. I started cleaning a hoarder's home. We didn't make it too the floors even. There were needles, things that held poop and pee. My dad and I started to become ill. And had to stop. The house still stands. People live there, just thinking about it makes me feel sick.

  • It was hard watching this. I felt tired and I wasn't even there 😥. The view takes a toll on you mentally especially if you live like this. I didn't watch it fully cause I couldn't take it. Kept on forwarding the vid lol but the ending's great. Well done on Susan's place 👏🏻

  • My parents has the same problem. When my dad passed in 2019, I undertook to rearrange and declutter their house but my mom couldn't let me! We could agree to get everything out and let her pick tè stuff she wanted and then we dispose the rest! We ended up getting literally everything back to the house. Long story short, I timed when she was visiting her brother for a few days.....the rest is history 😂😂😂😂😂😂

  • Jake shouldn't be allowed to have a pet! The dog who died in one of his two fires probably got trapped in the mess and couldn't find its way out!

    • Japanes has a massive issue with old houses being abandoned because the family do not want to take them on or are uable to pay back tax after a person dies and the population is falling in numbers. Meanwhile the Japanese continue to build and want new houses in part due to earth quake concerns of houses not being stable afterwards for sure and some Japanese houses are defintely hoarded. They are often clean but packed to the gunnels.
