A truly beautiful parcel of farmland. The possibilities are endless to say the least! I can imagine 2 ponds fed by natural runoff with drain tiles installed to improve the natural shallow areas. A cedar lined driveway running up to the highest elevation with a home and swimming pool. Apple and orange tree orchards and maybe pears if the environment sustains them. Thanks for sharing this gem!
Unfortunately if there are no existing buildings built prior to 1954 no residences can usually be built on rural lands hence why he mentions a stoping point for your Caravan or Motor Home. Luis needs to be more clear re this.
It's actually the other way round, you ask what you can build, and preferably before buying, it's quiet important to know if you're allowed to stay on the property, stone or timber are less important, as long as you can stay on the property, it's also possible that you're not even allowed a caravan or campervan, got to ask before buying.

As I see from your video the land next to the forest. I assume, the land has strict regulations on usage of the it. Can you tell us what we are allowed to do with the pasture?

Can we put a large static caravan on the land and live off grid or do we need planning permission?
It's a trick question. Do people live in such structures? Yes, by the thousands. The authorities look the other way. Static and permanent structures always require planning from the city hall. This as nothing to do with living on the property, there is no law that prohibits it.

Like i explain on the video, you must present your idea/project to the city hall and ask for approval. Depending on what you want to build, size, structures, materials, location, use, etc, it may or may not be approved. Each case is different.
