The record title is the fastest time to solve three rotating puzzle cubes whilst juggling and Angel took the title from Que Jianyu (China).

    • Next thing to practise would be to juggle cubes and learn how to control the orientation precisely in order to throw and catch them just right. Like juggling them with all green faces pointing forward and all white faces pointing up, and then doing permutations between different orientations while juggling. That alone is a nice skill and can look pretty, juggling 3 cubes while switching between what color is shown on the front. So unless this guy laser-focused on this one skill, i would guess he is also decent at juggling clubs and cigar boxes. Once you got that, you got a foot in the door. Also i think he was forced to maintain a cascade pattern. Otherwise you can switch to juggle two in one hand, and just do a one-handed solve with the other hand. You can disguise this for an audience of amateurs by only splicing in short sets of juggling two in one hand. Maintaining a cascade pattern is what really pushes the difficulty over the top.

      @kurtilein3@kurtilein32 жыл бұрын
    • @@kurtilein3 be better if he just learned to use his left hand also to rotate the sides, he would half that time. And since he's working on one cube at a time he's wasting two cycles of just tossing. He could learned to solve more than one cube at a time so that each cycle is productive.

  • 1. Learn to juggle 3 objects. 2. Learn to solve 1 cube using one hand. 3. Learn to do this throwing it up once or twice after each move. 3. Learn to juggle while solving 1 cube using moves in the one hand. 4. Then do this on each cube sequentially. If you look closely at this footage you will notice he is left handed and only uses his left hand to make cube moves on one cube till it is solved, then moves on to the next one. He also does not make a move every time the cube he is working on is in his left hand. This way the number of cubes you can solve like this is limited only by the number of cubes you can juggle. Try adding another cube. Also, if you have two people who can juggle with each other you could have six or even eight cubes. Only the one juggler needs to be able to solve the cubes, but if both can work on one at a time it will be even more impressive.

  • People shouldn't discount his achievement as merely talent or born intelligence. It's dedication, work, and focus to developing multiple skills so that he can assess the cubes, solve them, do it one-handed, and juggle at the same time. Not everyone can do this, only those who have the persistence and dedication to being excellent at something. Serious congratulations on his recognition for all the hard work he's put into this over the years!

  • For those who don’t know, a Rubik’s Cube is nearly impossible to solve by randomly turning the sides and simply trying to match the colours. It requires a certain amount of steps in a certain pattern and there are multiple methods to do it. However, the steps involved can be different every time and can change depending on what colour squares are where on the cube. If you mess up even one turn, it makes it difficult to fix because you have to think backwards while reversing everything you did until that step you did wrong. It makes this even more impressive in a way because he has to focus on what pattern he needs to do while keeping track of which one he is solving all while focusing on juggling without dropping them. This guy is amazing.

    • @@hasnain9654 also its very surprising knowing how to juggle for 5 minutes straight, I can't even juggle, let alone rubiks cube that could fall and break.
